The Tantra of all Sugatas. From the Sutra Transcending the World. The chapter on the assembly and the beginning, the first chapter. Furthermore: Dāna pāramitā, Śīla pāramitā, Kṣānti pāramitā, Vīrya pāramitā, Dhyāna pāramitā, Upāya pāramitā, Praṇidhāna pāramitā, Bala pāramitā, Prajñā pāramitā, Prakirṇa-jñāna pāramitā. The ten perfections to the other shore. Pramudita, Vimala, Pratigati, Yicatamari, Surucaya, Mutimuke, Surukama, Usu, Gamanitramati, Cakala, Mamamukavaha, Yatapapapye, Yabyatimubu92'i Shatribu Mi, Atigamaja, Akumi, Ulekashara, Ulakabha, Dadibivasha, Nuspraśa, Varavajrasane, Asaracakamaha, Padmaraca, Cauurata, Vajrasattvakāyapatrabhāvati, Samantapatra, Herecamaka Lenpabuta. These are Bodhisattvas and Buddhas. The Buddha abides in such a stage of the earth. The Dharma also abides and is practiced in the Tripitaka, and when the Dharma is practiced in conjunction with the intelligence of sentient beings, one generation of sentient beings with inferior views and confused minds practices the Buddha's Dharma independently and presumptuously, without achieving accomplishment. Words and letters follow individuals, without ownership, clinging to wherever they go. The Vinaya Pitaka, the Sutra Pitaka, and the Abhidhamma Pitaka, the three pitakas. The Prajñāpāramitā and so on are endowed with mind. The seventeenth bhumi is the Samantabhadra bhumi, the place where the ten perfections of mirror-like wisdom are complete. It is the place where the Dharma has not arisen and has not been born. Internally, it is also the place where Atiyoga is complete. The first bhumi is without an object of focus. The sixteenth bhumi is the bhumi of Vairocana, existence and non-existence, neither is established, birth and cessation are not established. Conventional and ultimate truth are not established in either way. If one relies on both through accomplishment, then it appears. Said 93༄༅། །Na, understanding. If all thoughts are completely pure, then that is the mind of the Bhagavan. If all forms are completely pure, then that is the body of the Bhagavan. If all sounds are completely pure, then that is the speech of the Bhagavan. Thus it is, just like that. Abandon practice with the intelligence of skillful means, grasp the foundation with vows, decide with view, do not turn back with faith, seek the path with meditation. This

It is the completion of the six perfections, stepping on the ten grounds in order, cultivating the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, it is the ground of perfect enjoyment, the ground of perfectly pure speech, it is the vehicle of the Sutra and Tantra. Therefore, it is the sixteenth ground. The fifteenth ground is the ground of glorious Shakyamuni, the ground of diligent encouragement of virtue, with samadhi unmoving, wisdom constantly abides. Surrounded and abiding by the retinue of Bodhisattvas, therefore it is the ground of Shakyamuni. Then why is it an emanation? It is the compassion of the Bhagavan, as vast as the base of Mount Sumeru. The ten grounds are topped with the summit of Mount Sumeru, possessing various worldly enjoyments. The ninth ground is of Indra (Śakra). The eighth ground is of the thirty-two gods. The seventh ground is of the Four Great Kings. The sixth ground is the ground of the Devas. The fifth ground is the ground of the Yaksha chief Brahma. The fourth ground is the ground of humans. The third ground is animals. The second ground is pretas. The first ground is hell. Thus, one abides in each ground in order. Abiding in the distant periphery, each performs actions on these grounds. Then the twenty-first ground is the ground of the Dharmadhatu, this is called the emptiness of all causes. The body is without substance, called outer emptiness. The twentieth ground is the ground of mind, called inner emptiness. The mind is without characteristics, called the emptiness of the result. The nineteenth ground is the emptiness of the outer and inner space of the sky. Speech is without desire. Although these three dharmas can be divided into conventional illusions, in short, it is meditation that cuts off the cycle of samsara, samadhi that is unmoving. Extremely bright, acting by not abiding in Nirvana. Wandering in the empty realm with pure wisdom. Knowing that the dharma of birth is without self. Passing away in the realm of speech. Realization and practice are free from extremes. Possessing the four immeasurables. The first ground of the third mother of the Great Vehicle Abhisamayalankara. The eighteenth ground is the ground of the wisdom Bodhisattva, this appears as emptiness appearing in appearance, like the wisdom of a mirror, the appearance of an image is similar, it is the ground of the equality of dharmas, it is the wisdom of emptiness. Like a vajra, the root does not need to be dug up. It is the ground of Samantabhadra, the Tara is also the ground of Atiyoga in the equality of the conventional. Dharma is unborn and unceasing, without birth, cessation, existence, or non-existence. Emptiness, free from the grasped and the grasper.

It is the inconceivable ground. Sixteen grounds. The ground is the Mahayana Sutra of Vairochana. This is not established in either existence or non-existence. Birth and cessation are not established. The ultimate truth and the conventional truth are equal, the six perfections are complete, and it possesses supernatural powers. The outer is the Sutra Pitaka, the inner is the mantra, and all tantras are the ground of non-difference. The fifteenth ground is the ground of Shakya Simha. It is the ground of Samadhi-jnana adorned with all meanings. It is the ground of diligence. The history of this ground, surrounded by eight irreversible Bodhisattvas, has been described above. The twelfth ground is the place where Vajrasattva dwells, surrounded by eight offering goddesses, it is the aspect of not possessing desire. It is the combination of skillful means and below, individually knowing the meaning of the mind, it is the individual self-realization wisdom. The thirteenth ground is the Kriya ground, which is the perfect ground of the pure bathing pure mandala. The twelfth ground is the ground of the Pratyekabuddha, which is the ground of entering through the gate of dependent origination. The eleventh ground is the ground of the Shravaka, which is entered through the gate of the Four Noble Truths. The four pairs and eight types are accomplished. Eliminate darkness. Diligently practice, up to this point is Akanishta. These mountains are Mount Meru. Eighty thousand stanzas, twelve sutras and yogas, ninety-six Mahayana Tantras eighteen sections, the Vinaya Pitaka of the Shravaka Vehicle, the Sutra Pitaka six sections. After perfecting the teachings of the Buddha, for those sentient beings whose minds do not change and are hesitant, explain how the previous mantras and Dharma arose, the difference between views and grounds, and how the Buddha Bhagavan gradually subdued the Maras. The eighteenth ground is that in the emptiness of all things, there is no need for effort and diligence. Clearly knowing appearance, it is wisdom like a mirror. From the seventeenth ground onwards, contemplate the meaning of sentient beings. From the blessings of the union of the eight wrathful deities and the eight inner goddesses, Vaishravana and Vajra Lava Pye arise in the east, Yamantaka and Ratna Mule arise in the south, Hayagriva and Girti arise in the west, Amrita Kundali and Nirti arise in the north, Blue Staff and Nyube arise in the southeast, completely united.
