The first of his left hands holds a bell, the middle one holds a kapala bowl filled with red bhandha, and the last one holds a small drum. The consort, Padma Krodhi Ma, embraces the father, entwining necks, mouth to mouth, offering blood with her right hand, and resides in the west of her own skull chamber. The Bhagavan, glorious Karma Heruka, with a green-black body, has three faces, with a white face on the right, a red face on the left, and a green-black face in the center, stands in a heroic posture with four legs. He has six hands. The first of his right hands holds a sword, the middle one holds a khatvanga, and the last one holds a staff. In the south is yellow Chauri, drawing a bow and arrow in her hands. In the west is red Pramoha, waving a makara banner in her right hand and carrying a kapala bowl filled with red bhandha in her left hand. In the north is black Vetali, holding a vajra (rdo rje, Sanskrit: vajra, वज्र, diamond/thunderbolt) in her right hand and carrying a kapala bowl filled with red bhandha in her left hand. In the southeast is reddish-yellow Pukka, raising intestines in her right hand and putting them into her mouth with her left hand. In the southwest is yellowish-green Ghasma, carrying a kapala bowl filled with blood-filled bhandha in her left hand, and pointing with a threatening finger in her right hand, feeding it into her mouth with a fierce and terrifying manner. In the northwest is yellowish-white Chandali, holding a cremation ground (tsi t+ta) in her right hand and eating a body with her left hand. In the northeast is bluish-black Smesha, separating the head and body and eating and licking blood. These eight Kauri Mas of the places, surrounding the five blood-drinking consorts, now clearly reside within their own skull chambers. The body of the Wrathful One is as small as a mustard seed, residing within one's own skull as far as the eye can see. To the south of the skull chamber, is Vyāghrīmukha (Tibetan, Sanskrit: vyāghrīmukha, Romanized Sanskrit: vyaghrimukha, literally: Tiger Face) with a red tiger's head, both hands crossed downwards, eyes staring upwards, and bared fangs. To the west, is Sṛlāmukha (Tibetan, Sanskrit: sṛlāmukha, Romanized Sanskrit: srilamukha, literally: Jackal Face) with a dark brown-black fox's head, the right hand holding a razor, the left hand eating intestines and licking blood. To the north, is Śvānamukha (Tibetan, Sanskrit: śvānamukha, Romanized Sanskrit: shvanamukha, literally: Dog Face) with an indigo-black colored she-wolf's head, both hands opening the mouth and eyes staring upwards. To the southeast of the skull chamber, is Kṛtamukha (Tibetan, Sanskrit: kṛtamukha, Romanized Sanskrit: kritamukha, literally: Vulture Face) with a vulture's head, body color reddish-yellow, carrying a flayed human skin on the shoulders, and holding a skeleton in the hand. To the southwest of the skull chamber, is Kaṃkamukha (Tibetan, Sanskrit: kaṃkamukha, Romanized Sanskrit: kamkamukha, literally: Raven Face) with a red-black raven's head, carrying a flayed human skin on the shoulders. To the northwest of the skull chamber, is Khakhamukha (Tibetan, Sanskrit: khakhamukha, Romanized Sanskrit: khakhamukha, literally: Dakini Face) with a black crow's head, the left hand holding a skull bowl, the right hand holding a sword, eating lungs and heart, and licking blood. To the northeast, is Hūlumukha (Tibetan, Sanskrit: hūlumukha, Romanized Sanskrit: hulumukha, literally: Owl Face) with an owl's head, body color indigo-black, the right hand holding a vajra. These eight local Siṃha (Tibetan, Sanskrit: siṃha, Romanized Sanskrit: simha, literally: Lion) Hama goddesses, surrounding the five blood-drinking fathers, their respective heads are now inside the skull chamber. The horse-headed mother, body color white, the right hand holding an iron hook, the left hand holding a skull bowl filled with red, resides to the east of her own skull chamber. The pig-headed mother, body color yellow, the right hand holding a noose made of intestines, the left hand holding a vulture's claw, the pig-faced noose mother resides to the south of the skull chamber. The lion-headed mother, body color red, both hands holding iron chains to control, the lion-faced iron chain mother resides to the west of the skull chamber. The snake-headed mother, body color green, holding a bell in the hand, called the snake-headed vajra bell mother, resides to the north of her own skull chamber. Alas! Secret Lord, inside the skull chambers of their respective skull bowls, outside the thirty Heruka wrathful deities, at the boundary between the skull and the cranial cavity, reside the empowered mothers: A dark brown-black Rakshasi, holding a vajra and a skull bowl filled with blood in her hand. A yellow Brahma woman, holding a lotus in her hand. A white-green great god, holding a vajra. A blue desiring mother, holding a wheel. A yellow joyful mother, holding a razor. A red young woman, throwing a short spear.
