These are the three: radiance, afterglow, and sound. The first three connections are: Do not go before the light, which means the light is clear. Do not look as if it is not yourself, and do not be happy or sad. Do not rely on the certainty of the light, which means recognize the light as self-illuminating and do not be afraid. Do not wander on the side of the light, which means do not leave the light in a moderate state, but keep it in mind. The light is: at the time of cessation of breath, all phenomena will appear in five colors for five days, and remain in meditation for three days. The rays of light refer to the oral instructions that have not been shown. If the appearance is cast on weapons, it will become a Dharma activity, and the vajra gate will become empty. One long sound, one medium sound, one short sound, the interval between the three is called three days. Sound is heard as a frightening sound to ordinary people, and as the sound of Dharma nature to yogis. If combined in this way, the five external lights of light will pierce and appear in the chakras of the five senses, the blue light will pierce the eyes. The white light will pierce the chakras of the ears. The yellow light will pierce the chakras of the nose. The red light will pierce the chakras of the tongue. The green light will pierce and appear in the body. When it appears in this way, the eyes see all things, and everything becomes clear. The ears hear sounds, and everything becomes empty and clear. The nose smells odors, and everything becomes feeling empty. The tongue tastes flavors, and everything becomes taste empty. The body feels touch, and everything becomes touch empty. The chakras of the five lights appear on the five senses. The energy of the five senses appears as the external five elements, in reality, all these five external elements must be understood as the clear light of Dharma nature. Appearing as an external realm, the rays are the unobstructed six consciousnesses. Listen, do not be distracted, listen! Any son of the lineage who wishes to attain Buddhahood without leaving any aggregates should understand in this way. In one's own heart, in the center of the five-colored lights, there is a mandala of the five Buddha families, their bodies as small as mustard seeds, their eyes as large as needle holes, abiding in various naked postures. The essence of their bodies is clear, transparent, and wisdom free from attachment and discrimination. Therefore, in one's own heart, the Buddha's body abides as small as a mustard seed, and when illusion ceases, the great body is as large as the edge of the sky, the medium body is filled with Mount Sumeru, and spontaneously appears. Do not be afraid of it! Recognizing it,
