Even if there are plans. There is no length or shortness to the sessions of meditation. Do not completely think about when it will be accomplished. From the Tantra of the Spontaneous Wheel of Bliss, the Essence of the Great Perfection's Wondrous Meaning. Chapter Eleven, which teaches the Samadhi of Unseparated Continuity. Then, the King of All Awareness said. He bestowed the teaching of unseparated awareness practice. Self-born wisdom is vast like the sky. Uncompounded, the complete and perfect Dharmakaya. Now, Vajrasattva, listen. Unborn, unceasing, continuously practice. Beyond thought, the meaning is clear, abiding in the mind. The essence of the secret mantra is the Dharmakaya. The secret of both Buddhas and sentient beings. This practice of self-awakened saints. Is the definitive meaning of all Buddhas. In the true Bodhicitta. Without objectifying, there is no examination. Without abiding, there is no thought. Therefore, non-action is like the sky. Now listen to the essence of the gathering. Unfabricated, self-born Suchness. In the nature of reality that cannot be examined. Without meditation, there is no object of focus. It is called Samadhi. Without non-conceptualization, there is no thought. In the wisdom that pervades all. Accommodating all, without action, the supreme practice. Gathered assemblies, now listen. In order to realize the nature of one's own mind. Because this object is not gathered into the mind. It will also become without an object of examination. With what does one think and examine what? For example, in the empty sky. One does not objectify, one does not gather. Likewise, when the mind meditates on the mind. Such a nature has no object of focus. If one does not examine any faults or virtues. How could it become an obstacle to straying? That is said to be the supreme practice. Now, Vajrasattva, listen. This constantly inseparable self-awareness. Self-luminous without experience. That itself is the supreme of experience. Not grasping, not practicing, just self-luminous. It is explained as the practice of unseparated continuity. If signs arise continuously. If one knows that remembering them has no negation or affirmation. The view, meditation, and essence of the Buddhas are one. In all practices of yoga. Because it is the practice of ultimate meaning. Without remembering, in sleep and afflictions. If one lets it go naturally. In that very nature. Remembering the nature cannot harm it. Because it is wisdom right now. There is no need to deliberately create or practice. From the Tantra of the Spontaneous Wheel of Bliss, the Essence of the Great Perfection's Wondrous Meaning. The chapter that teaches the practice of unseparated continuity.

The twelfth chapter. The five poisons of the assembled retinue, Are taught by the self-liberated teacher. If one realizes the meaning of one's own mind, one does not abandon the practice. Attachment, hatred, and ignorance, Pride and jealousy, this cycle of existence, The yogi who possesses definite conviction, Does not accumulate habitual tendencies of similar causes. Even when men and women unite at the three times, The precepts of what has been learned are not diminished. If one accumulates habitual tendencies, one will be born in the realm of the hungry ghosts. One does not rely on higher realms and liberation. By realizing the essence of one's own mind, The life of immortality cannot be severed. Hatred and tormenting thoughts are the meaning of awareness, One does not fear the suffering of hell. Because self-awareness and wisdom are meaningful, One knows the various forms of ignorance as meaningful. In the vastness of the primordial nature of reality, The obscurations of ignorance cannot be purified. Realizing the meaning, pride is wisdom, Believing in the spontaneously arising mind of the Dharmakaya. There is no rival in the three worlds, That is the very nature of pride. Jealousy is without faults or stains, Therefore, do not abandon it in its own place. In evil views, jealousy is clear. Therefore, jealousy is the secret body. Now again, listen to the essence of the gathering. The powerful wrong thoughts of sentient beings, Since they cannot be reversed by the causes of others, The five poisons are averted by relying on oneself. Agree
