The signs of accomplishment in this secret practice are like clouds being raised, like a red bell. Hail mixed with wind is also like monkeys gathering. Thunder, blizzards, and black winds are also accomplished with the thirty-three mantras. For this mantra that destroys wrong views, if there is doubt or hesitation, my accomplishment will not be obtained. If the mantra practitioner has no doubt, it will be accomplished. On the twenty-ninth, offer to Kongtse, and bring down the sky-emptiness Kikang. On the day of sky-emptiness, smear a little ghee, with heart, fangs, and three eyes. From the northeast to the southwest, transform into Vinayaka and travel. Lingam, rotten flesh, rotten blood, and goat liver, etc., place in the southwest. On a large amount of ashes, blood, and white mustard seeds, after reciting the mantra of Rahu, the mantra practitioner strikes from the northeast. Oṃ Ya Heart. Yama Blood. Yama Du. Rāhula. Hur Hur. Densely covering the entire sky, agitating and quickly bringing down thunder and hail. The sound of thunder fills the three thousand worlds. If such a sign of accomplishment appears, whether it is thunder or hail, quickly act upon the object of focus. Accomplished substances, accomplishments, and what is to be taken, are inseparable from oneself. Also, at the time of sending thunder and hail, Kongtse, Kikang, Yangkang, the diligent mantra practitioner should know, recite the mantra on the substance and throw the effigy. Throwing the effigy, making mudras with the fingers, destroys each day. Hail will turn into powder, the mantra practitioner should recite the fierce mantra to accomplish it. If this black Rogti is accomplished, then even the great Mount Meru can be destroyed, the great ocean can be dried up, plagues, leprosy, sores, bad omens, and whatever activities of thunder and hail are desired, can certainly be brought down at any time. Whatever activities of killing hail, etc., are desired to be performed, rely on the mantra of thirty-nine, etc., and bring it down with the power of the eight classes. In the practice session of the eight classes, practice fiercely.
