The Great Lord, uttering a voice of great joy, spoke thus: "O great Kīla sages, what you have said is excellent. Listen carefully to what I say. Since your father is a rākṣasa, rotten meat, rotten blood, rotten fish, and various kinds of cooked and raw meat, as well as large quantities of butter including goat liver, should be given to the son as the father's food. Since your mother is a nāga, the three white things, the three sweet things, nāga medicine, and various kinds of herbal medicines and medicinal substances, as well as the king of fragrances, camphor, should be given to the son as the mother's food. Having thus indicated the compatible substances, the indication of your share of food is: those who deviate from and harbor hatred towards the secret mantra teachings, those who are malicious and turn their backs on yogis who abide by their vows, and those who have broken their vows and turned away from their commitments—these are your share of food. Subdue them quickly without hesitation. I have empowered you as the lord of subduing. I have empowered you over life and breath. I have empowered you to kill and to heal. For yogis who abide by their vows, for those who uphold the sacred teachings, and for yogis who act according to the teachings, do not transgress their commands, do not violate their vows, and swiftly accomplish their intentions. Listen, O great Kīla sages, you must not transgress my commands. If you should transgress the commands, your head and body will be shattered into a thousand pieces. You will rot and decay, and from your joints you will fall into hell. We have great doubts, in the degenerate age of the five hundred, towards the sacred Dharma of the Buddha, harboring malice and hatred, towards the yogis who abide in their vows, harboring malice and betrayal, in order to subdue those who violate their vows and oppose, towards the arrogant men and women who are not tamed, through the Kilanga subjugation and the four kinds of destruction, for the excellence of contemplating the activities of killing and saving, please, hero, explain in detail! For the sake of protecting the Dharma, please speak! 我之教法将兴盛，一切教法隐没之时，彼时我之教法将兴盛。造作无间罪业之时，彼时我之教法将兴盛。食用恶劣沉重食物之时，彼时我之教法将兴盛。穿戴恶劣毒腐衣物之时，彼时我之教法将兴盛。恶劣之地修筑土堡之时，彼时我之教法将兴盛。恶劣亲眷互相 争斗之时，彼时我之教法将兴盛。众多誓言破损之时，彼时我之教法将兴盛。我乃三时显现之身，罗睺罗兴盛之恶时，罗提黑血之血脉生起，瑜伽士无论从何学修，我皆恒常慈爱之。众多誓言破损者，我之基朗降临也。圣者之中文殊师利，天女之中具光芒者，除此二者之外其他成就，持明者一切成就皆消逝。我之腹中生出三有，无论以何种方式寂静，一切寂静皆我之身。无论以何种方式忿怒，一切忿怒皆我之身。金刚持等汝等谛听，于我恭敬汝等一切，若欲我之殊胜光辉，无尽我之身语意，恒常安住于心中，将获我之殊胜成就。大瑜伽士三昧耶。三宝安住，亦行彼之教敕，慈爱一切有情，为使佛教贤善之教法，降伏违逆者之故，此乃罗睺罗之教言，此乃曜魔恶毒之猛咒，以基朗降临与四诛业，遍布一切世间界，作杀与活之事业，广大遍布者罗睺罗之，猛烈度脱之坛城中，摧毁者之大誓言乃，上师贤善不改变，一切有情皆置于死地，不逝去不会逝去不会逝去，摧毁者大三昧耶。五百末法时期，对于佛教贤善之教法，懈怠且具嗔恨心者，以及安住于誓言之瑜伽士，恶毒且背离者，誓言破损与违背誓言者，为降伏违逆者之故，咒师最初之时，地乃真实。

My doctrine will arise. When all doctrines decline, at that time my doctrine will arise. When evil deeds without interruption are done, at that time my doctrine will arise. When bad, heavy food is eaten, at that time my doctrine will arise. When bad, poisonous, rotten clothes are worn, at that time my doctrine will arise. When bad places and earthen forts are built, at that time my doctrine will arise. When bad relatives and close ones fight, at that time my doctrine will arise. When many vows are broken, at that time my doctrine will arise. I am the body that arises in the three times. In the evil time when Rahula flourishes, the lineage of black blood of Rogti arises. From whatever yoga is practiced, I always have compassion for that. For those who have broken many vows, my Kīla descends. Among the noble ones, it is Mañjuśrī himself. Among the goddesses, it is the one with rays of light. Other than these two, other siddhis, all the siddhis of vidyādharas vanish. From my belly, the three realms arise. However it may be pacified, all pacification is my body. However it may be wrathful, all wrath is my body. Vajradhara and others, listen to me. All of you who are respectful to me, if you desire my supreme glory, may my inexhaustible body, speech, and mind always abide in your hearts. You will obtain my supreme siddhi. Great yogi, samaya. The Three Jewels abide, and also carry out their commands, have compassion for all sentient beings, and for the sake of subduing those who oppose the doctrine of the noble Buddhas, this is from the words of Rahula. This is the fierce mantra of the evil planets. With the descent of Kīla and the four executioners, it pervades all realms of the world, performing the work of killing and healing. In the mandala of the great Rahula who pervades and fiercely liberates, the great samaya of the destroyer is that the teacher will not become evil, and all sentient beings will be placed in death. It does not pass, it does not pass, it will not pass. Great samaya of the destroyer. In the degenerate time of the five hundred, for those who are lazy and hateful towards the doctrine of the noble Buddhas, and for the yogis who abide in their vows, those who are malicious and turn their backs, those who have broken their vows and violated their vows, for the sake of subduing those who oppose, the mantra practitioner, in the very beginning, the earth is indeed good.
