Thus it was said. The collection of all the body, speech, mind, and wisdom of all the Tathagatas is the Buddha Knot Tantra. Chapter Eight is: Explaining the Basis for Establishing the Mandala. Then, again, the Bhagavan, the Great Vajrakilaya, especially spoke this verse: The nature of the Great Middle Way, no one can see it, even the Buddha does not see it, self-born wisdom appears without a place. Therefore, it has no self-nature. From non-existence comes the fruit of non-existence. Neither existence nor non-existence, therefore it is called non-conceptual Middle Way. That is its very nature. The nature of speech is nothing at all. Whatever becomes the object of the senses, that is not a measure. The Dharma-nature of all dharmas, is without birth and without cessation, neither permanent nor annihilated, not defiled by the seeing mind. If one realizes this, one realizes samsara. Nirvana also has no conceited thought. Abiding in suchness, movement and non-movement are completely purified. Grasping and being grasped are completely purified. Without elaboration and completely pure. Without speech and without discrimination. The sounds of all dharmas, are the supreme speech without letters. Having abandoned sound, the subtle movement of the mind ceases. This is called the view of self-nature, see it with the eye of wisdom. Fools do not see it, those who see are manifestly enlightened Buddhas. Whoever desires to learn, should know the limits of elaboration. Having thus realized, do not seek the Buddha elsewhere. If a fool seeks, it is like seeking the footprints of an elephant. Having found the elephant, he seeks the elephant, like having self-born within oneself, yet seeking self-born elsewhere. Thus it was said. The collection of all the body, speech, mind, and wisdom of all the Tathagatas is the Buddha Knot Tantra. Chapter Nine is: The Chapter on the Abiding of the Nature of Elaboration. Then, again, with the order of the essence mantras, this clearly generates the mandala. For the sake of completion, this mandala of samadhi, especially speaks this verse. That is, having entered into samadhi in the samadhi called Vajra of Body, Speech, and Mind, having understood all meanings, it is spoken. The realm of space
