The deity Destroyer of Harm again implored: Those who destroy the sacred teachings, violate the lineage, harm all sentient beings, and harbor hatred towards me, how should they be expelled from the country? I beseech the Perfect Buddha to listen. Perfect Buddha, please bestow your command. Having heard this plea, the Perfect Buddha spoke: Those who destroy the sacred teachings, violate the lineage, harm all sentient beings, and harbor hatred towards me, the ritual for expelling them from the country is: Establish the root of the reasoning. Listen, chief of the deity Destroyer of Harm! I have no doubt about the teachings. Mix the soil from the corpses of many dead people, the leaves of beehives, the bladders of wine vessels, and great ashes. Mix them with the heart of a sow and the blood of dogs and wolves, and make an effigy. Write the name and clan on the effigy. Write Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) on the head and Phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪) at the end.
