听闻之后，总尊之父说道：成就一切愿望之手印，我已如实宣说。谛听，降伏魔害之天主，我对所说之法毫无疑惑。结总尊之手印后，大河将来临，或大江河清净之岸边，骑乘青黑色之牛。积聚显有世间之众多物质，催请诸位母神。于四方转动手印后，应念诵成就之咒语。念诵：嗡（藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）巴姆嘎（藏文：བ་མུ་ཀ，梵文天城体：वमुक，梵文罗马拟音：vamuka，汉语字面意思：巴姆嘎）瑜伽伊湿伐日（藏文：ཡོ་གཱི་ཤྭ་རཱི，梵文天城体：योगेश्वरी，梵文罗马拟音：yogīśvarī，汉语字面意思：瑜伽自在女）嘿嘿伊伊（藏文：ཧི་ཧི་ཨི་ཨི，梵文天城体：ह्हिहि इइ，梵文罗马拟音：hihi ii，汉语字面意思：嘿嘿伊伊）。如此则一切所需皆得成就，一切所愿皆能如实成就。成就一切愿望之总手印品第二十二。降伏魔害之天神又请问：为了利益一切众生，如何恢复衰损之寿命？请您如实圆满地垂听。请如实圆满者开示。听闻此言后，如实圆满者说道：为了利益一切众生，恢复衰损之寿命，以及恢复之仪轨，我将宣说。谛听，永恒真实者，我对所说之法毫无疑惑。于一箭长之四方形高台上，中央绘制八辐轮，绘制八瓣大莲花。于大莲花之中央，绘制八角燃烧之珍宝。其中央绘制红色半月。放置具足法相之颅器。于八角燃烧之珍宝上，五处安放五位常恒之母，两处安放媚夏札摩哈。于八瓣大莲花上，四方生起忿怒大自在，四隅安放秘密之四位明妃。于八辐大轮之上，四方安放四大手印，日月颅鬘王母。于其一处书写寿命之精华。以意义结合大药母。于此坛城之外层，亦应绘制八吉祥。于四门安放四忿怒尊。不间断点燃大量油脂灯。如是行持青春之修法。木棉子、诃梨勒、阿斯达、石菖蒲、酥油、甘露，以及此等一切，倒入银瓶之中，以红色绸缎缠绕瓶颈，系上红白双色护身线，放置于坛城中央。明妃持红色护身线，明王持白色护身线。

Having heard this, the Father of All said: The mudra for accomplishing all desires, I have truly revealed. Listen, chief of the gods who subdues harm, I have no doubt about what I have taught. After binding the mudra of All, a great river will come, or on the bank of a great and pure river, ride on a bluish-black bull. Accumulate many substances of existence and phenomena, urge the mothers. After turning the mudra in the four directions, the mantra of accomplishment should be recited. Recite: Oṃ vamuka yogīśvarī hihi ii. By this, all needs will be accomplished. Whatever is desired will be manifestly accomplished. The twenty-second chapter, the Mudra of All for Accomplishing All Desires. The god who subdues harm again asked: For the benefit of all sentient beings, how to restore diminished life force? Please listen to me, O Truly Perfect One. Please explain, O Truly Perfect One. Having heard this request, the Truly Perfect One said: For the benefit of all sentient beings, to restore diminished life force, and the ritual of restoration, I will explain. Listen, O eternal and true one, I have no doubt about what I have taught. On a square platform of one arrow-length, in the center, draw an eight-spoked wheel, draw a great eight-petaled lotus. In the center of the great lotus, draw an eight-cornered blazing jewel. In the center of that, draw a red crescent moon. Place a skull cup with auspicious marks. On the eight-cornered blazing jewel, in five places, place the five eternal queens, in two places, place Smeśa Pramoha. On the eight petals of the great lotus, in the four directions, generate the wrathful great powerful ones, in the corners, place the four secret consorts. On the great eight-spoked wheel, in the four directions, place the four great mudras, the sun and moon, and the garland of skulls queen. In one place, write the essence of life. Combine the great medicine woman with meaning. On the outer layer of this mandala, also draw the eight auspicious symbols. At the four gates, also place the four wrathful ones. Do not cut off the continuous flow of great fat lamps. Perform the practice of youth in this way. Cottonwood seeds, haritaki, asta, calamus, butter, amrita, and all these, pour into a silver vase, wrap the neck with red silk, tie with a pair of white and red protection cords, and place in the center of the mandala. The consort holds the red protection cord, the lord holds the white protection cord.
