ཉིད།། 普遍开启愚昧的ཨཱ+ོྂ།། （藏文：ཨཱ+ོྂ，梵文天城体：आः+हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ+hūṃ，汉语字面意思：啊+吽） 愚痴之路，摧毁愚昧之明咒。 阿斯玛嘎尔巴，纯金。 缠绕的莲花，八角形燃烧。 殊胜身，具名，殊胜之形。 亲密缠绵，无有瑕疵。 降伏执着毒药之方便。 放光聚光，光芒之链，焚烧贪恋。 外放内收，秘密之宝藏。 欢喜云朵，摄集之自在。 莲花中央，极其炽燃。 因此，莲花从心中引出。 善逝大种姓，真实不虚。 其一，从业者口中引出。 舌尖中央，红色莲花之中。 平等性之智慧本身。 四相圆满，显明之ཧ།། 嫉妒彻底根除，真实之精华。 因陀罗尼蓝宝石之色。 彩虹，远离分别，闪耀。 息增怀诛，事业解脱。 温柔光滑，柔软轻盈，珍珠之串。 清净无垢，滴水显现。 出入气息，系缚而净化。 遍及与能遍及，光芒之链缠绕。 轮回之母，彻底解脱之吉祥。 口之莲花，自然融入。 因此，从羯磨之口中引出。 业之种姓之主尊，成就。 大悲咒之绳索。 瑜伽男女，于脐间引出。 根本中央，八角形之上。 行为精进，智慧本身。 不可言说，法界富饶，秘密之事物。 功德无量，珍宝之藏。 我慢，大乐，自然持。 毗琉璃与碧玉之光彩。 明点，清明之滴水燃烧。 百万功德，自然成就赐予。 清明遍布，光之网络相连。 似笑非笑，离于实执。 外明内明，安乐之虚空。 安乐遍布，无实有实皆成就。 欢喜满足，安住于安乐。 融入脐间脉结而燃烧。 因此，于脐间脉结引出。 珍宝种姓之大宝藏本身。 甘露自生之宝瓶中。 五毒转化为甘露之中。 度母放光聚光，遍及一切。 显有世间一切融入甘露。 如同金银般变化。 真实教法确定之后。 于菩提明点一切成佛。 无需积累，无上成就。 是修行者之成就。 成就即是胜者之身。 证悟即是菩提心。 也是通往胜者之位的道路。 瑜伽

Itself. All-pervading, opening up ignorance, Ā+Hūṃ. The path of delusion, the mantra that destroys bewilderment. Asma Garbha, pure gold. Intertwined lotuses, an eight-pointed blaze. Supreme body, named, supreme form. Intimately entwined, without blemish. The means to subdue the poison of attachment. Radiating and gathering light, a chain of light, burning away craving. Radiating outwards and gathering inwards, a secret treasure. Pleasing the clouds, the power of gathering. In the center of the lotus, intensely blazing. Therefore, the lotus is drawn from the heart. The great Sugata lineage, truly certain. One is drawn from the mouth of the worker. In the center of the tongue, in the middle of the red lotus. The very wisdom of equality. The meaning is perfected by the four aspects, clear Ha. Jealousy is completely eradicated, the essence of certainty. The color of Indranila sapphire. Rainbow, free from division, shimmering. Pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful activities liberate. Soft and smooth, supple and pliant, a string of pearls. Pure and clean, a drop appears. Arising and entering, purified by the breath. Pervading and that which pervades, a chain of light swirling. The mother of samsara, the glory of complete liberation. The lotus of the mouth, naturally absorbed. Therefore, it is drawn from the mouth of Karma. The chief of the Karma lineage, accomplished. A rope of compassionate mantra. Yogis, male and female, drawn to the navel. In the center of the base, on top of the eight-pointed star. Diligent action, wisdom itself. Inexpressible, rich in the realm of reality, a secret thing. Immeasurable qualities, a treasure of jewels. Pride, great bliss, naturally held. The radiance of lapis lazuli and jade. Bindu, a clear drop blazing. A million qualities, spontaneously granting accomplishment. Clear and pervasive, a network of light connected. Smiling, beautiful to behold, free from grasping at reality. Outwardly clear, inwardly clear, a realm of bliss. Bliss pervades, the unreal and the real are all accomplished. Pleased and satisfied, abiding in bliss. Absorbed into the navel chakra and blazing. Therefore, drawn into the navel chakra. The great treasure of the jewel lineage itself. In the nectar, the self-born vase. From the five poisons transformed into nectar. Tara radiates and gathers, pervading all. All phenomena and existence dissolve into nectar. Transformed like gold and silver. Having ascertained the true doctrine. In the bodhi bindu, all become Buddhas. Unaccumulated, supreme accomplishment. It is the accomplishment of the practitioner. If accomplished, it is also the body of the Victorious One. If realized, it is also the mind of enlightenment. It is also the path to the state of the Victorious One. Yoga

也是瑜伽士的命。如是知晓而修持者，乃无上心髓之命脉。如是慈悲之命脉，自生勇士所宣说。其后，世尊吉祥甘露大乐严饰轮，彼殊胜者，一切安住于甘露，决定不改变，如是安住于名为真如界之等持中，无尽庄严光芒遍布一切之秘密咒语，从身、语、意、功德、事业金刚、轮、莲花、珍宝和十字杵中生出。嗡啊吽，萨瓦 班杂 阿弥利达 吽 诃日塔。（藏文：ཨོྂ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྂ་སརྦ་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཧཱུྂ་ཧརི་ཐ།，梵文天城体：ॐ आः हूँ सर्व पञ्च अम्रुत हूँ हरि थ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ sarva pañca amṛta hūṃ hari tha，汉语字面意思：嗡 啊 吽，一切 五 甘露 吽 诃日塔。）三世诸佛所赞叹，甘露光芒之秘密咒，仅诵持即能成办一切，能将毒药转为甘露。此外，还有六种难忍之见，虚空金刚轮，珍宝莲花十字杵咒语，在无有宽窄之坛城中，若作抛洒遍布之修法，则一切皆能成办。击中智慧本尊则能启迪誓言，击中障碍魔障则能粉碎如微尘，击中成就者则能恢复誓言，击中众生则能清净业障。因此，秘密咒语之王，隐匿后为利益众生而宣说。名为吉祥甘露大乐之大续王中，不舍慈悲而执持之秘密咒语，名为教示之章节，第六十二品。之后，大菩萨又禀白道，世尊，无死甘露之大王，具足殊胜方便之精要，圆满一切自在者，已宣说一切最胜之秘密咒语皆能自在转为甘露，若此尚有其他功德，祈请宣说，祈请教示，善加思惟而作决定，祈请如是开示。我乃广大、众多、宽广、深奥、难以衡量之大方便，无论如何乃引导众生之吉祥，故当谛听。此之功德不可思议，三千世界之此界，以芝麻充满，从一数至无数亦能数尽，然此之功德则无法言说与计数。

It is also the life of the yogi. Those who know and practice in this way are the lifeline of the supreme essence. Thus spoke the self-born hero, the lifeline of compassion. Then, the Bhagavan, the glorious nectar of great bliss, the precious wheel of adornment, the supreme one, said, "Everything abides in nectar, it is certain and unchangeable." Thus, abiding in the samadhi called the realm of Suchness, this secret mantra, whose splendorous array of light is inexhaustible and pervades all, arises from the body, speech, mind, qualities, activities, vajra, wheel, lotus, jewel, and crossed vajra. (Tibetan: ཨོྂ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྂ་སརྦ་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཧཱུྂ་ཧརི་ཐ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ आः हूँ सर्व पञ्च अम्रुत हूँ हरि थ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ āḥ hūṃ sarva pañca amṛta hūṃ hari tha, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum, All Five Amrita Hum Hrih Tha.) This secret mantra of nectar light, praised by the Buddhas of the three times, merely reciting it accomplishes all, and transforms poison into nectar. Furthermore, there are six unbearable views: space, vajra, wheel, precious lotus, and crossed vajra mantras. In the mandala without narrowness or width, if one performs the practice of scattering and pervading, then all will be accomplished. Striking the wisdom deity inspires the samaya, striking obstacles and demons pulverizes them like dust, striking the accomplished one restores the samaya, striking sentient beings purifies obscurations. Therefore, the king of secret mantras, concealing it, speaks for the benefit of beings. In the great tantra king called "Glorious Nectar of Great Bliss," the chapter called "Teaching," the sixty-second chapter, is about the secret mantra of holding without abandoning compassion. Then, the great bodhisattva again requested, "Bhagavan, great king of immortal nectar, possessing the essence of supreme means, completely perfect in power, you have spoken that all supreme secret mantras can freely transform into nectar. If there are other qualities to this, please speak, please teach, please contemplate well and make a decision, please grant such instruction." I am the great means, vast, numerous, extensive, profound, immeasurable, and white. In any case, I am the auspicious one who guides beings, so listen attentively. The qualities of this are inconceivable. This realm of the three thousand worlds, filled to the brim with sesame seeds, can be counted from one to beyond number, but the qualities of this cannot be spoken or counted.
