大吉祥怙主父欢喜，以颅器足具光彩圆满，黑母口燃三千界，以罗刹乐神之光彩圆满，红母光彩夺目光芒耀，以铜云红之光彩圆满，黄母乘风遍三千，以明妃金鸟之光彩圆满，愿息灭嗔恚诸病苦。吽 (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) 从大悲界中显现的诸大母，智慧明亮的大母如海，以大悲之流恳请垂念我。日月之光照亮三界之母，慈怙主以大悲恳请垂念我。从不变界中显现的秘密母，恳请息灭能取所取戏论之相。从智慧空中增长羯摩众之母，恳请消除无明黑暗之翳障。断轮回之流，从大悲界中显明，恳请救度为业所苦之有情。以微笑之光与大自在父结合，光彩夺目而享用受用之母，从久远之时起利益有情之母，恳请宽恕一切衰损违越错谬。十八铁蛋颅器燃帜，黑母之女王眷属等，中间眷属口眷属供眷属母，巡行使者等眷属众，愿将大誓愿圆满于法界中。于四有海中，鸟龙黑海酬补供养仪轨第五品完毕。 法门海再次祈请，请问黄母的酬补仪轨是怎样的？我向圆满正等觉佛陀请教。圆满正等觉佛陀开示说：大母生殖之脐中，从花斑蛇蛋破裂中，生出莲花好叶以及食物种类的扁喙。从大雪山之北方，具有象雄鸟的光彩，身体如同金瓶，翅膀具有绿松石金刚纹，爪如铁爪三尖燃，颈如铜轮，眼如燃烧之火焰眼，喙如新月燃烧，舌如金刚哈鲁燃，额如新月燃烧，关节是海螺轮之脉，心是珍宝燃烧，胸膛具有莲花尖角，肾脏从珍珠水泡中，眉毛缠绕着恶魔之索，脾脏是跳跃的箭袋

The great glorious father rejoices. May the skull cup be filled with radiance. The black mother's mouth blazes, resounding through the three thousand worlds. May she be filled with the radiance of rakshasis and gandharvas. The red mother, radiant with dazzling light. May she be filled with the radiance of red copper clouds. The yellow mother rides the wind, pervading the three thousand worlds. May she be filled with the radiance of vidyadharas and golden birds. Pacify all diseases of hatred. Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) From the realm of compassion, the great mothers arise. The great mother, clear in awareness, like an ocean. With a stream of compassion, I beseech you to consider me. The mother who illuminates the three realms with the light of the sun and moon. Compassionate protector, I beseech you to consider me. The secret mother who arises from the unchanging realm. I beseech you to subdue the signs of grasping and fixation. The mother who expands the karmic assembly from the space of wisdom. Mother, I beseech you to dispel the darkness of ignorance. Sever the stream of samsara, clear from the realm of compassion. I beseech you to guide beings tormented by karma. With a smiling radiance, she unites with the great powerful father. The mother who enjoys splendor and radiance. The mother who has worked for the benefit of beings since time immemorial. I beseech you to forgive any degeneration, violation, or error. With eighteen iron eggs and blazing banners of the skull cup. The black queen and her retinue, and so forth. Intermediate retinue, mouth retinue, offering retinue mother. Wandering messengers and other retinues. May the great samaya be fulfilled in the dharmadhatu. From the four oceans of existence.
