请息灭这些吧！请圆满所破损的誓言！在燃烧的红铜宫殿里，是具有红色血液精华的，身穿蔓延红云衣裳的，以珊瑚索来引导众生的，发出燃烧鸟喙声音的，其妙音传遍虚空之中。从两乳间所生的独子，以此和合大物来圆满。请息灭愚痴的疾病！请圆满所破损的誓言！在明亮美丽的琉璃宫殿里，眼睛如新月般闪耀，脸庞是碧玉般的蓝色，碧玉的眉毛弯弯。投掷和积聚新月索，是于空中游走的母神，以慈悲于法界中嬉戏。明亮的智慧白唐卡，以每月初一之月圆满于顶。眼睛里燃烧着愤怒之水，身穿美丽的白色琉璃衣裳。以此明觉圆满誓言。从美丽的绿松石坛城中，在深蓝色的天空帐篷里，具有金刚哈（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）的标记，手中拿着燃烧的剃刀。具有分别智慧之心，具有戒律的明觉者，头上戴着人造的头发，头顶以瑟瑟珠鬘庄严。以此明觉的光彩来圆满。请息灭愚痴的疾病！在四方形的金宫殿里，具有黄色风的帐篷，铺设有金刚交织的图案，以微笑的光芒照亮世界。鬼鸟智慧具有光彩的母神，以铜制的脚来庄严身体，以此光彩来圆满，请净化无明的疾病！从风的半月坛城中，手中拿着八舌的旗帜，仅以意念就到达十方，在所有众生的呼吸中游走。具有光芒，明亮闪耀的风行者，以羽毛胜幢美丽地燃烧着，身体上装饰着brah-pha-ma-tsar-yang-ma-ra-tsa。以此光彩来圆满，请净化无明的疾病！吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。从广阔虚空的坛城中，无生有情是光彩的主人。狮子的吼声响彻十方，请息灭嗔恨的疾病！以白色狮子的光彩来圆满，以碧玉鸟血眼的光彩来圆满，请净化心中的疾病！从北方风的坛城中，绿度母遍布三千世界，发出鹏鸟的声音

In the bright and beautiful crystal palace, her eyes blaze like crescent moons, her face is turquoise blue, her turquoise eyebrows are curved. She casts and gathers the crescent moon lasso, she is a mother goddess who wanders in the sky, playing with compassion in the realm of reality. The clear white Thangka of wisdom, is perfected on her head with the first day of the month. Her eyes blaze with wrathful water, adorned with beautiful white crystal garments. In the square golden palace, possessing a yellow wind tent, adorned with interwoven vajra patterns, illuminating the world with a smiling radiance. The demon bird wisdom, a radiant mother goddess, adorning her body with copper feet, may this radiance fulfill, please purify the diseases of ignorance! From the crescent moon mandala of wind, holding a banner of eight tongues in her hand, reaching the ten directions with mere thought, wandering in the breath of all living beings. A radiant, bright, and clear wind rider, beautifully blazing with a feather victory banner, her body adorned with brah-pha-ma-tsar-yang-ma-ra-tsa.
