Offerings. To the one who possesses the supreme empowerment of profundity, offer the blue Ligenza diadem. The supreme son who possesses this, to all Buddhas and sentient beings, bestows empowerments as they please. Subjugate the Matri and Dakini like servants, life and prosperity are fully abundant. Completely abandon the three lower realms, and the supreme fruit will be attained. Even though death is certain when life is exhausted, one can also attain limitless life. From the ocean of powerful actions, the fifteenth chapter is the chapter on empowerment. From the mandala of the four combined, the eighty thousand roots and eight chakras, and the two essences, are the complete teachings. Explain in sequence and differentiate the distinctions, it is the supreme of accomplishments, shown through practice. Gradually proceed and arise in the place. There, the syllable Hūṃ itself is extended for a long time. From the mandala with bindus, the completely perfect bindu, through recitation, abandons the suffering of birth and death. Śrī Mahāsukha Vajra Bodhi Hūṃ Ho. Decide with four views and practices, cut off the two roots of attachment and aversion, and place the two habitual tendencies in the Dharmadhatu. Pride and jealousy change their place, completely abandon the two practices of meditation, great ignorance is indeed reality, the five true bodies manifest. There, the five true voices resound, there, the five minds are without conceptualization, the five qualities also manifest, and the five activities are also truly accomplished. There, the supreme Heruka, the radiant Krodhiśvarī's form. Through union, cut off the root of birth and death. Manifest on the sixteen grounds. From the ocean of powerful actions, the sixteenth chapter is the chapter on the four combined bindus. In the mandala of eight cubits, perform the activities of purification and protection, perform the rituals of colored threads. Below, draw a four-spoked wheel. In the center of the four-spoked wheel, in the center, generate Hūṃ Muṃ Father and Mother. Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Śrī Heruka Hūṃ Phaṭ. Nine heads and eighteen arms, and the feet also show eight forms.
