拉瓦（la ba）是：吽（藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）嘛嘛大母具威力，虚空界中之吉祥母强，以半边天空为衣穿，以半边大地为垫之主，眷属为天女百万所围绕，座骑为黄金之雄鹿，头上燃烧着绿松石之十角，手中拿着黄金之铃索，降伏魔和外道，伟大姐妹勿散乱。现在要做小女，吽（藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）嘛嘛勿散乱具威力，丹定（dan ting）绿松石之耳环上，黄金和绿松石之宝冠具，绿松石之铃铛百万所庄严，座骑为海螺白鹿，承诺吽（藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）嘿（藏文，梵文天城体：हे，梵文罗马拟音：he，汉语字面意思：嘿）敦（藏文，梵文天城体：दुं，梵文罗马拟音：duṃ，汉语字面意思：敦）是誓言忘记了吗？催请时莫住留，现在速来。如是催请。此乃嘛嘛黄金之修法。以黄金或绿松石打磨之精华供养而依止，无论去往何处异乡多康（mdo khams）皆能如意成就所想。咚热（dung re）咚热（dung re）吽（藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）。若依止于内则难以调伏。其余嘛嘛之后者，若有口述之修法，则嫉妒心强且难以调伏，故不适于小心眼者，故于此处未说。劣母等之修法品第十九竟。现在宣说嘛嘛摄受之方法，降伏魔之神再次祈请，世间有权之嘛嘛等，若要摄受当如何摄受？请问。唯一父尊开示道，谛听永仲（g.yung drung）真实者，于处所和精华脉等，种姓之嘛嘛等，以及古雅秘密之四母，和助缘之母姐妹当观修，以此则能摄受嘛嘛。摄受之品竟。降伏魔之神再次祈请，有寂大权此等一切，寿命之圆满当如何圆满？我当听从唯一父尊。听闻如是祈请之后，以真实之眼开示道，谛听降伏魔之神之主，我所说无有疑惑，世间大权此等一切，寿命之圆满即此等。吽（藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）主母以显行，头顶绿松石之金刚九尖燃烧，绿松石之头发遍布三千界，右手拿着五部佛，左手享用五甘露，是为智慧嬉戏。
