诸位。我所说的话没有疑惑。谛听，具德真实主尊。吽 (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！存在之乐、三界一切之母，幻化母海身显现。大瑜伽士之化身母，双眼具有忿怒之相，寂静之身显明有寂。化身之身八足燃烧，六足镇压六道之门，一足显现于龙族之方，一足镇压魔与外道。从六种境之识，六眼显现而出，三眼向上观视，亦开启解脱之门，示现众生生死之路。三眼向下观视，三有化为灰烬，从中再次生起。右面笑容大慈悲，左面笑容摄受自在。以金刚獠牙咬噬，三有竞争对手颤抖。瑜伽士秘密莲花处，三有皆显现。大天等无量胜，魔与夜叉等，阎罗罗刹皆战栗。于母身之右方，显现十六业母，使者听命以方便行事。从左方显现者，乃瑜伽士身之三分，决定之九母，皆勤于供养身。于母之足右方，压伏八欲母，利益一切世间。于母之足左方，压伏二十八护法，成办一切瑜伽士之事业。一切有之母，皆圆满于瑜伽士身之范围。从一切母之明点中，金刚卡杖嘎拉弓拉满，从智慧之箭尖，射出九化身明点母，回旋于决定之乐界中。嘿汝嘎吽 (藏文：ཧེ་རུ་ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हेरू हुं，梵文罗马拟音：heru hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嘿汝嘎吽) 安住于子眷属中。青黑色燃烧之忿怒尊，救度一切并摄受自在。寂静之身大慈悲。从智慧化身之六手中，右边第一手转法轮，乃宣说秘密咒语之义。左手持宝，掌握有寂之权，安住于有之世间。右边中间手稳固祥地，魔与外道化为尘土。

All of you. There is no doubt in what I have said. Listen, glorious, truly excellent Lord. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ)! The supreme mother of the bliss of existence, all three realms, the illusory mother manifests in the ocean of bodies. The emanation mother of the great yogi, possessing a wrathful countenance in her two eyes, in her peaceful body, samsara and nirvana are clear. In her emanation body, eight feet blaze. Six feet also suppress the doors of the six realms. One appears in the direction of the nāgas. One suppresses demons and heretics. From the six objects of consciousness, from the manifestation of six eyes, with three eyes gazing upwards, she also opens the door of liberation, and shows the path of birth and death for sentient beings. With three eyes gazing downwards, she reduces all three realms of existence to ashes, and from that, she creates them again. The smiling face on the right is great compassion. The smiling face on the left subdues and gathers power. By gnashing her vajra fangs, she consumes the competitors of the three realms with a chom chom sound. In the secret bhaga of the yogini, all three realms of existence are made to appear. Great gods and so on, the infinite best, demons and yakshas and so on, Yama and rakshasas all tremble. On the right side of the mother's body, sixteen karma mamos appear. Messengers and obedient ones spread out with skillful means. What appears from the left side is one-third of the yogini's body. The nine definite mamos all strive to make offerings to her body. On the right side of the mother's feet, the eight desire mamos are suppressed, benefiting all the worlds. On the left side of the mother's feet, the twenty-eight oath-bound ones are suppressed, accomplishing the actions of all yogis. All the mamos of existence are perfected within the sphere of the yogini's body. From the bindus of all the mamos, the vajra khaṭvāṅga bow is drawn taut. From the tip of the arrow of wisdom and knowledge, nine emanation bindu mamos are shot forth, swirling in a single expanse of definite bliss. Heruka Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧེ་རུ་ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हेरू हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: heru hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Heruka Hūṃ) is placed in the retinue of the son. With blazing dark blue wrath, she liberates all and subdues them. In her peaceful body, she has great compassion. From the six hands of her wisdom emanation, the first on the right turns the wheel, meaning to proclaim the secret mantra teachings. The left hand holds a jewel, wielding power over existence, establishing it in the realm of existence. The middle hand on the right stabilizes the foundation of good fortune, turning demons and heretics to dust.

Destroying. The left hand holds a red bandha, gathering many women. The right hand holds the vase of longevity, bestowing accomplishments upon all yogis. The left hand is filled with nine hooks, extracting the hearts of those who break vows and hostile obstacles, surpassing commands. The play of emanations on the crown of the head causes the three thousand worlds to turn back. We hold the power of wisdom, the definitive meaning and the power of realization, urging the continuum with the mind of the oral instructions, instantly arising from the expanse of reality. The three realms of existence and the four continents are also destroyed in an instant. In particular, the eyes of wisdom, sun and moon, the right eye illuminates existence, the left eye performs union. The wavering of the vajra eyebrows pierces the hearts of heretics and yakshas. Mother, your name is known as Bodhicitta. The name of the true secret is, The wrathful queen of the Buddhas. Known as the chief of all bliss. In the secret mandala of yogis, with the play of secret means, fulfill the vow of the Mother. Abide here unmoving, and the attendant maidens of the retinue, accomplish the entrusted tasks. Great goddess Yogini, sovereign of all the ground, controlling all appearances and existence, seizing the breath of all beings. Holding a great conch shell in your hand, uttering a great cry. Making Yama a servant, burning the world with fire. Seizing the life and glory of beings, the master of Bodhicitta. Dedicated to liberation, united with all freedoms. Filling the three realms with emanations, turning the armies of demons into dust. Wearing human skin as clothing, waving the khatvanga. The body's color appears wrathful, adorned with blood and fat. Holding a razor in your hand, extracting the hearts of all beings. Seated on a vast seat, becoming the companion of yogis. Devouring flesh and blood as food, throwing the lasso of intention. Binding the sun and moon on the head, placing the three thousand worlds in bliss. Driving the sons and daughters of demons as servants, arrogance and violence are extremely powerful. In the great conch shell container, mixing a large amount of blood and hearts.
