After invoking the wisdom fire deity, meditate on the wheel within it and burn the wicked ones. The samaya of liberation through compassion is not killing or suppressing, but speaking through the vajra body, and meditating on consciousness as vajra. Oṃ vajra kīlī kīlaya hūṃ phaṭ. The Tathāgatas of the realm of space, after being invited by rays of light, all dissolve into the heart. Having become wind, oṃ āḥ hūṃ. From the root of great bliss, with the three precious samayas, sequentially entering the nostrils, from right to left, at the ignorance of one finger-width at the crown of the head, each with a three-colored syllable, the syllable Hūṃ dissolves into the syllable A, the syllable A dissolves into the nature of the syllable Oṃ. This great wrathful mandala, inclined towards enlightenment and much learned, with faith and diligence, when approaching the deity, the ascetic who does not break the samaya, should be practiced by yogis who desire to accomplish fierce activities. In the abode of the Mamos, and in solitary trees, and in mountains and valleys, practice with wrath is most excellent. After meditating on the mandala of wrathful deities, place those with signs and names into the secret lotus, at the time when the moon is seized by Rahu, practice with fierce action. In the measure of twelve finger-widths made from human bones, after meditating on the mandala of wrathful deities, one or eleven up to twenty-one, whichever deity one desires to accomplish, in the form of the action to be done, complete the boundaries and samayas, or after completing the recitation, perform it. Grind it into powder and offer it to the gathering. Twelve, seven, or twenty-one, and twenty-five, nine, and butter lamps, at night and at noon, if practiced by an ascetic, definitely in one month.
