How to meditate on Vajravarahi? Focus the mind on the Thangka image during the day, and familiarize yourself with it. Meditate again at night, and once you are accustomed to it, your mindfulness will become clear and the deity will appear vividly. When this happens, visualize all beings, male and female, as Vajravarahi and Dakini parents. Furthermore, contemplate that all appearances are without inherent existence, like dreams and illusions. Ultimately, all appearances will be seen as the mandala of deities and Dakinis. This is the instruction on the form of Vajravarahi. The Twenty-third Chapter on Meditating on Vajravarahi is complete. Instruction on the Recitation of Vajravarahi: Visualize yourself clearly as the body of Vajravarahi. Within the four petals of the lotus, in the center is NA (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) red in color. On the four petals of the lotus are the four syllables HA RI NI SA, whose essence is the five syllables, and whose nature is the five Dakinis. The five syllables ride on the wind and emerge from the speech, long and curved, reciting NA RA RA with the lamenting sound of the Dakinis. The breath does not dissipate into the ordinary, but manifests as the sound of syllables. By focusing the mind on this, the experience of clarity and emptiness arises, so constantly recite NA RA RA. May the Matrikas and Dakinis bless you, and may the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality arise. This is the instruction on recitation. The Twenty-fourth Chapter on the Recitation of Vajravarahi is complete. Instruction and Meditation on the Inseparability of Wind and Clear Light: Meditate on yourself as Vajravarahi. Visualize the Lama on the crown of your head. The wind is within the heart, residing as the wind of the five elements, whose essence is the five colors. It performs the function of sustaining life. It flows through the two nostrils alternately. When it flows from the right, it is the wind of afflictions, so do not meditate on it. When it flows from the left, it is the wind of wisdom, so meditate on it. When it flows from both, it is the wind of Dharmata, flowing from the Avadhuti At that time, Dharmata naturally manifests. Suppress two-thirds of the breath and release one-third. Visualize a red swastika spinning to the left about eight finger-widths away from the body. When the breath is exhaled, it transforms into HUM The swastika is struck forcefully, and visualize it spinning rapidly to the left. When the breath is inhaled, it enters in the form of AH+OM When it remains in the middle, it remains in the middle in the form of AH When the breath is drawn in, the movement of thoughts ceases. The lines of the swastika gradually come closer and closer, spinning at the tip of the nose, and not

Visualize the bindu. Within that, the clear light of non-conceptuality is the union of wind and mind, the union of wind and clear light. Chapter Twenty-Five, the Union of Wind and Clear Light. The Meditation on the Union of Letters and Clear Light: Meditate on oneself as Vajravarahi. On the four petals of the lotus in one's heart, place (Tibetan: ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་,Sanskrit Devanagari: हरिनिस,Sanskrit Romanization: harinisa, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ha Ri Ni Sa). Mentally recite the four letters, visualizing them as light, standing like a door bolt. The four letters dissolve into light, and without body or mind, recognize the clear light of the Dharma nature. In clarity without cessation, rest in Saralepa. By becoming accustomed to this, the dakinis will bestow supreme accomplishments. Chapter Twenty-Six, the Union of Letters and Clear Light. The Meditation on the Union of Mahamudra: Outwardly, the action mudra; inwardly, the samaya mudra; secretly, the dharma mudra; the suchness is the great mudra. Among these, the outer action mudra: Not obstructing all actions and afflictions, but allowing them to arise naturally, is the action mudra. Knowing that afflictions have no inherent nature, one can transform afflictions into bliss. The experience is, through the action mudra, experiencing action, appearance, and samsara as great bliss. The realization is, through the action mudra, realizing that samsara and nirvana are non-dual in the mind. The inner samaya mudra: Generating oneself as Varahi is the generation stage; the absence of inherent nature is the completion stage; not deviating from the generation and completion stages. The action is, through the samaya mudra, making the union of the generation and completion stages not empty. The experience is, through the samaya mudra, realizing the equality without separation of self and other. The secret dharma mudra: Combining all dharmas with the meaning of illusion and non-duality. The action is, through the dharma mudra, realizing that everything is mind, thereby eliminating what is not dharma. The experience is, through the dharma mudra, experiencing the union of dharma nature and mind, free from objects. The realization is, through the dharma mudra, realizing the non-duality of wind and mind. The suchness Mahamudra is the non-duality of unborn and primordial. Free from intellect, not separate from recognition, abiding in the true meaning. The action is, realizing the meaning of Mahamudra, free from thought and expression, without anything. The experience is, experiencing the unborn as free from support. The realization is, the Mahamudra.
