Meditate on yourself as Vajravarahi. On the four-petaled lotus in the heart, arrange Ha Ri Ni Sa. Contemplate as the essence of the four Dakinis. Ha Ri Ni Sa. Sa Ri Ni Ha. Ri Ha Sa Ni. Ni Sa Ri Ha. War Ma Ni Hum Hum Haring. Daki Mi Dha Ki Hum Dza. Ri Mi Ye Ta Kri Hum. Sa Pheng Dza La Ta Svaha. Recite thus. Contemplate all appearances as the nature of Dakinis. Whatever arises in appearance, whether it is walking, dwelling, rotating, rising, sitting, prostrating, calling, cutting, offering torma, do not engage in doubts of being struck or killed, etc. Trample without doubt or fear. Jump into cliffs, etc., and trample without changing the mind towards fire and water, etc. Trample without fear upon male and female demons, harmful Yakshas, and malicious gods and nagas, and obstacles and hindrances. All is the tenth chapter of Dakinis. To accomplish the five classes of Dakinis: Meditate on yourself as Vajravarahi. In the wheel of great bliss at the crown of the head, the Vajra Dakini is blue in color, with a vajra in the right hand and a skull cup in the left. In the wheel of enjoyment at the throat, the Ratna Dakini is yellow in color, with a jewel in the right hand and a skull cup in the left. In the wheel of dharma at the heart, the Buddha Dakini is white in color, with a wheel in the right hand and a skull cup in the left. In the wheel of emanation at the navel, the Karma Dakini is green in color, with a sword in the right hand and a skull cup in the left. In the wheel of secret bliss, the Samaya Dakini dwells in the indivisibility of bliss and emptiness. In the hearts of the four Dakinis, on the four-petaled lotus where they reside, contemplate the dwelling of Ha Ri Ni Sa. Recite this mantra in the mouth: Om Ah Hum Svaha. Ha Ri Ni Sa Hum Phet. The body does not stay still, move and shake. The speech does not stay still, recite the mantra. The mind does not stay still, abide in non-thought. Bliss arises in the body, power arises in the speech, realization arises in the mind. The eleventh chapter of the five classes of Dakinis. The method of accomplishing the Buddha Dakini: From an instant, yourself as Vajravarahi, with one face and two hands, holding a vajra chopper and a skull cup and khatvanga. With the right leg extended and the left leg bent, adorned with terrifying and seasonal marks, adorned with bone ornaments, contemplate residing within a blaze of fire. On the four-petaled lotus in the heart, arrange Ha Ri Ni Sa. From that, radiate light and invite all Dakini heroes and heroines.
