On the eight petals of the navel lotus, letters surround the union of fire and water. Meditate on suppressing the fire and water, and recite. By this, meditation will increase. Then, when cutting off the extension, place the flame of the navel in three places. Gradually raise it to the heart, throat, and crown. Finally, everything becomes imperceptible. This is the fourteenth chapter, called Increasing Meditation. Then there is the correct explanation. About the four captivating letters. Called Ha Ri Ni Sa. Ha is the Vajra Dakini. The Padma Dakini captivates the minds of men. The Karma Dakini captivates the minds of all. Reciting Ha Ri Ni Sa captivates the minds of gods, demons, and humans, especially controlling women. It can summon the daughters of Indra, let alone human women. This is the fifteenth chapter, called Captivating. Then there is the correct explanation. About the four letters that bring swift walking. Called Ha Ri Nis. Has also lifts the wind. Ris also lifts the bones. Nis lifts all the lands. Sas also lifts the flesh. Mix vulture fat with sesame oil. After reciting Ha Ri Ni Sa, apply it to the soles of the feet. When walking, visualize the soles of the feet moving to the four continents with the banner of wind. Walking will be faster than a horse. This is the sixteenth chapter, called Swift Walking. Then there is the correct explanation. About the four letters that accomplish sky-faring. Called Ha Ri Ni Sa. Ha is the reversal of the appearance of conceptual afflictions. Ri is the reversal of the appearance of the great dry land of Nirvana. Ni is the reversal of the appearance of non-humans in the world. Sa is the reversal of the non-differentiation of the first two. Reciting Ha Ri Ni Sa, the attachment of Buddhas and Dakinis will naturally reverse. The Samaya Dakini will generate common accomplishments.
