Work. Om(藏文:ཨོྂ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)? is the chapter on diligent practice, which is the fourteenth chapter. Aho! Listen, assembled retinue. This genuine, uncontaminated wisdom, If you wish to rely on the lineage and see, With the view of the Shravakas' peace, Subdue body, speech, and mind. The body relies on the seven aspects of Vairochana, With mudra, samadhi, and full lotus posture, Spine straight, throat slightly curved, neck slightly raised, Do not move, remain still. Speech is to cut off speech, Do not make any sound. The mind is not distracted, clear, Both eyes fixed on the tip of the nose, The nose also fixed on the tip of the mind, Concentrate on one point and remain in equilibrium. Thus, the peaceful view of the Shravakas, The very method of subduing body, speech, and mind, And meditating is truly like that. [xxx] Again, listen, assembled retinue. With the view of the Wrathful One himself, Subdue body, speech, and mind, Know the three aspects. No one should move, Stand tall, Be as stable as a mountain, Be as vast as the sky, Be as full as the ocean. Speech is the manner of the Wrathful One's roar, Accompanied by Haha Hihi Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and others, Recite Phat(藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪) and others. The mind is fixed in the eyes, Both eyes gaze into the expanse of space, Unmoving, like a spear standing upright, Subdue all thoughts, The experience of great clarity and emptiness arises, Will be united with the supreme commonality. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Aho! Listen, assembled retinue. With the view of the Shravakas themselves, Subdue body, speech, and mind, It is the very essence of Trekchö. The body is unmoving, slow, Speech is not spoken, left in its place, The mind is not distracted, relaxed in its place, Both eyes are slightly closed, focused on the mind, The mouth is slightly open, There is a gap between the teeth like a barleycorn, The three doors are slow with the wind, The mind wanders outward slightly. Thus, practice repeatedly for a long time, Then cut off thoughts, The three of thoughts, above, outside, and center, What are their shapes and colors like? Where did they first arise from? Where do they dwell in the middle? Where do they go in the end? What are their faults and virtues like? Examine carefully and meditate repeatedly. Thus, by meditating, all thoughts, Everything arises from the body and mind, Thoroughly determine and gather into the mind. This body is not

By what cause does it arise? The mind's dwelling place is considered fundamental. How to examine a body without mind? Decide that it is like a rock. The emptiness of mind, without beginning or end, is joined with the mind. How to examine a mind without a body? Grasp the face of wind and space. After deciding in the mind, all discriminations are joined with the mind. Mind and discrimination are integrated into one. Then, the place of origin of the mind, the place of dwelling, the place of going, the goer, the shape, color, things, what faults and merits are there? Again and again, focus and meditate. If the place of origin is not found in the mind, then decide that the nature of mind is empty. That emptiness, free from grasping, is recognized as the Dharmakaya. Constantly abide in it. Then, the dwelling place of the mind, if it is said to exist, then things are empty. If it is said not to exist, then the discriminating is clear. That emptiness and clarity, free from grasping, is the Sambhogakaya, emptiness and clarity are recognized as unobstructed. Constantly abide in that state. Then, the place of going of the mind, if it is said not to exist, then there is mind. Practicing the ten virtues attains liberation. Practicing non-virtue falls into the lower realms. Thus, all good and bad actions, where are they accomplished by the mind? Then, it is like the Nirmanakaya. Now, in an instant of awareness, mind and memory, immeasurable thoughts arise. When the mind looks back at the mind, it does not become an unobstructed thing, the flow is clear and like a breeze. Likewise, the mind's name and form, color, birth, etc., there is no goer, no place to go, no maker. Therefore, the nature of mind has no birth or death, and it is recognized as the Nirmanakaya. Thus, the three bodies appear in the mind. That mind without grasping, its essence is emptiness, which is the Dharmakaya. Because the mind's discrimination is clear, its nature is clear, which is the Sambhogakaya. The mind's activity appears unobstructed, great compassion pervades, which is the Nirmanakaya. The nature of the three bodies is the nature of Bodhicitta. In the state of clear emptiness, without fabrication or adulteration, naturally, without movement, openly, without leakage, brightly, emptiness and clarity without existence, swirling, naturally pervading brightly, clearly and distinctly, flickering and shaking, softly and loosely abiding. Thus, without doing anything, it is self-born, self-arisen, self-liberated.
