又以五种谷物所生起，作为象征，极显五头之相。 由吽（藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城体：हूं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字所出，为完全摧毁之头，能慑伏欲界。 由嗡（藏文：ཨོྂ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）字所出，为镇压乾闼婆之头。 由梭哈（藏文：སྭཱ་，梵文天城体：स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：svāhā，汉语字面意思：梭哈）字所出，能慑伏食肉鬼。 由阿（藏文：ཨཱྂ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）字所出，亦能慑伏龙族。 由哈（藏文：ཧཱ་，梵文天城体：हा，梵文罗马拟音：hā，汉语字面意思：哈）字所出，能慑伏夜叉。 具足八种解脱之足，与八忿怒尊相应。 光辉灿烂之明妃与化身之眷属，于大权身圆满具足。 此即名为生起圆满次第品。 于《大权总集续》中，此为第四十六品，即大生起圆满次第品。 为使获得寿命自在之持明瑜伽士，能将六识迁转于本位。 故于《大权总集续》中，宣说了此赤红血祭品。 以圆满之等持刹那间，自身转为手印之身。 以吽（藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城体：हूं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字而得圆满。 五头尊有十六手，头上亦圆满了五坛城。 十六手中持着兵器，八足与八寒林相应。 如是手印清晰显现，对于所要降伏之有情。 于其顶门，以匝（藏文：ཛཿ，梵文天城体：जः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ，汉语字面意思：匝）字之铁钩。 以虚空智慧融入之方式，多次念诵并使其正直。 从口中让（藏文：རྂ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：让）字放出光芒并收摄。 以匝（藏文：ཛཿ，梵文天城体：जः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ，汉语字面意思：匝）字之铁钩牵引，如铁石相吸般融入。 多次念诵并使其正直。 于心间，从央（藏文：ཡྂ，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：央）字放出光芒并收摄。 以六角形之风轮，如轮切割般。 为断除彼之命脉，多次念诵并使其正直。 自身清晰显现为手印，引渡救度之使者。 对于任何有情之身语意，皆应降伏。 从炽燃之骏马五鼻中，风化为人现狼面。 以獠牙斩断魔之命脉，从蛇之耳孔中。 蛇化为人现狼面，从口中呼出云之坛城。 光化为人现彩虹面，从头发血之绺中。 血化为人现狼面，从三角燃烧之眼中。 铜化为人现狼面，口中念诵罗刹，腰间念诵度度，对于所要降伏之有情。 身语意皆应降伏，自身清晰显现为手印，引渡救度之使者。
