Adornment. Meditate on Vajrasattva, whose body is red and whose mudra is properly established. Visualize the heads on the right and left as red in color with three eyes. From the center of the hair on the head, one green horse head appears from each. Think that glorious Hayagriva himself has actually appeared. By merely uttering the sound of Vajra Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城體：हुं，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ，漢語字面意思：吽), the female demons of the west, with their many retinues and all the nāgas, will be subdued by fierce asceticism. The green horse heads looking south and north also emit the sound of Hūṃ Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྂ་ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城體：हुं हुं，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ hūṃ，漢語字面意思：吽 吽). Visualize that all the retinues of the yakshas, all the retinues of the rakshasas, and all the retinues of the female demons have gone under your feet by merely uttering Hūṃ Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྂ་ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城體：हुं हुं，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ hūṃ，漢語字面意思：吽 吽). The tongue is curled, and visualize that three burning vajra khaṭvāṅgas reside on the crown of the head. Furthermore, one should look with the form of the east blazing. The eyebrows move like lightning. The waves of angry wrinkles move between the eyebrows. By merely uttering the sound of Vajra Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城體：हुं，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ，漢語字面意思：吽), Indra and all the realms of Brahma, along with the retinues of the female demons, have gone under your feet. Visualize that and make them stable. Of the sixteen hands, the first two on the right and left hook with burning vajra hooks. One right hand should hold a snake lasso. One right hand holds a small drum and a khaṭvāṅga together. One right hand holds a fresh skull filled with blood mixed with disease, blessing the infinite realms of the world as nectar of light and eating it. It is also the best of sharp iron hooks, and is diligent in all liberations, therefore it is the supreme liberation. One left hand holds a great kalpa fire blazing at the tip of a threatening finger. One holds a noose of a string of skulls. One holds a wet skull filled with blood, offering it to the mouth of the Great Lord. One puts the hearts and intestines of the eight wrathful ones into chang and eats them. One holds a small drum, a khatvanga, and an iron hook together, drawing out someone's heart from it. All eight left hands are adorned with black snakes and blue patterns. The sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) also emanates from the mouth. The essence of these is reciting Ā+oṃ ha ha ru lu hūṃ phaṭ. By reciting this, the previous Indra and Brahma, and the many retinues of the Pāramitā goddess are controlled, gathered like clouds above, and by reciting one Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) of the Great Lord, one should visualize eight red feet appearing simultaneously. Among them, the foot that subdues the upper realm, with fierce and powerful force, wraps around a tiger skin, and crushes the heart of the upper Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) Kāra with its heel, producing a great sound of pitiful wailing. One foot, in the southwest, presses down on the cyan-gray Ārya Achala lying supine, with the part below the ankle pressed into his heart, and the foot is also covered with a cyan beryl armor. One foot, which subdues the southern realm, presses down on the heart of Yamāntaka with its heel, visualizing that everything below the ankle is submerged, and the foot is also covered with a vajra-scattered garment.
