Invoking the Mind Pledge! The mind is the deity visualized as the Wrathful King in minute form. The minute samadhi is the Wisdom Heruka. On a single atom, emanate bodies as numerous as atoms. In the world encompassed by the realm of Dharma, for sentient beings blinded by ignorance and delusion, and for practitioners abiding by the yogic vows, from beginningless time, the cause of samsara, all the habitual tendencies of grasping and clinging, may they be completely purified, and I invoke the great Mind Pledge. The body is the Wrathful King, the majestic and imposing deity. With a crown of snakes blazing like fire, possessing the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). Adorned with great fat bindu and large red clusters. For the cloud-like gatherings of emanations, for those deluded by desire, hatred, and sleep, subdue all wickedness, and I invoke the Mind Pledge. This is the invocation of the Mind Pledge, the ornament of activity. To subdue the misguidance of the power of the Mind Pledge, I invoke the assembly of head ornaments, may you accomplish the activity of perfecting all powers. I invoke the assembly of supreme horses, may you accomplish the activity of subduing the rakshasas. I invoke the assembly of wisdom, may you accomplish the secret Mind Pledge of skillful means. I invoke the assembly of hand implements, may you accomplish the activity of destroying charnel grounds. I invoke the assembly of wings, may you accomplish the activity of subduing the great nāgas. I invoke the assembly of feet, may you accomplish the activity of oppressing and subjugating. I invoke the assembly of the radiant, may you accomplish the secret activity of abiding life. I invoke the assembly of great glory, may you accomplish the activity of spontaneous perfection. On the fingers of the right hand, depict the five seed syllables of the five male heroes. On the fingers of the left hand, depict the five seed syllables of the five female heroines.
