That meaning is difficult to understand and difficult to comprehend, so it is good to ask for instruction. To understand the great mudra of the deity Vajrakilaya is: in the light of the minds of the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, what exists in the form of the nine-letter essence is the Bodhisattva of mantras. From that, the Karma Vajra appears as three faces and six arms, the lower body is an iron triangular kila, existing in the presence of the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times in the manner of receiving instructions, the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times give the single-pointed wisdom of the mind into their hands and empower them, Emaho! Karma Vajra, great Bodhisattva, act for the sake of subduing the difficult-to-tame beings of the evil future in various Buddha-fields! You are the descendants of the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, for those who cannot be subdued by peaceful means, please carry out the activities of subjugation for the benefit of beings! 啊，大菩萨，您是金刚持的传承者啊！ 这样给予加持是，了知橛金刚是神的身相大印。 大菩萨安住于神的身相大印，既然如此，请开示橛金刚安住于法性的意义。 大菩萨请听！ 这法性的意义，过去十方三世的善逝们也没有宣说，未来没有到来的善逝们也不会宣说。 大菩萨请听！ 我大菩萨自己也没有开示的意义，现在禀告。 二谛是因和果的方式，世俗是天神的广大坛城，胜义是心髓咒语的形象，这以二种方式安住。 金刚忿怒断除嗔恨。 这句话将胜义谛安立为如幻，是法性的意义。 念诵 ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ་（藏文，嗡 班匝 枳里 枳拉亚，梵文天城体，ॐ वज्र कीलि कि लाय，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ vajra kīli ki lāya，汉语字面意思，嗡 瓦吉拉 枳里 枳拉亚）之后，通达一切法无自性，通达无自性是如幻，是法性的意义。 开示诛杀魔罗的坛城，以及安立咒轮的基础，还有开示咒语的珠鬘，这是第三品。 大菩萨，既然诛杀魔罗的坛城，以及安立咒轮的意义是这样，请开示恶咒的心髓的意义。 业菩萨请听！ 这恶咒的心髓，这过去如来们没有宣说的恶咒轮，我现在为了业菩萨您而宣说，请听！ 彼时彼刻，薄伽梵安住于摧伏军队的等持，从头顶轮的顶端生起摧伏军队的恶咒心髓。 ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཧ་ས་ཡ་ར་ན་ཧཱ་ད་ན་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ། （藏文，嗡 班匝 枳里 枳拉亚 某某 魔罗 哈哈 冉冉 哈达纳 吽 啪特，梵文天城体，ॐ वज्र कीलि कि लाय अमुक मार हस र र हदन हुं फट，梵文罗马拟音，oṃ vajra kīli ki lāya amuka māra hasa rara hadana hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思，嗡 瓦吉拉 枳里 枳拉亚 某某 魔罗 哈哈 冉冉 哈达纳 吽 啪特）念诵这个心髓，这个世间界剧烈摇动。 彼时魔军被彻底摧毁。 彼时，十方三世的如来们，为这个心髓的咒语灌顶，称之为分离神灵的咒语。 因此，这个心髓被称为是分离的心髓之最胜。

Ah, great Bodhisattva, you are the successor of Vajradhara! Giving blessings in this way is to know that the Kīla is the great mudra of the deity's body. Since the great Bodhisattva abides in the great mudra of the deity's body, please explain the meaning of Kīla abiding in the Dharmata. Great Bodhisattva, listen! This meaning of Dharmata has not been spoken by the Sugatas of the ten directions and three times in the past, nor will it be spoken by the Sugatas who have not yet come. Great Bodhisattva, listen! I, the great Bodhisattva, am now reporting the meaning that I myself have not explained. The two truths are the way of cause and effect. The relative is the great mandala of the deities. The ultimate is the form of the essence mantra. It abides in these two ways. The wrathful Vajra cuts off hatred. This statement establishes the ultimate truth as illusory, which is the meaning of Dharmata. By reciting ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ་（Tibetan, 嗡 班匝 枳里 枳拉亚，Sanskrit Devanagari, ॐ वज्र कीलि कि लाय，Sanskrit Romanization, oṃ vajra kīli ki lāya，Chinese literal meaning, Om Vajra Kili Kilaya）, one realizes that all dharmas are without inherent existence, and realizing that without inherent existence is like an illusion, which is the meaning of Dharmata. Showing the mandala of killing Māra, as well as establishing the basis of the mantra wheel, and showing the rosary of mantras, this is the third chapter. Great Bodhisattva, since the meaning of the mandala of killing Māra and establishing the mantra wheel is like this, please explain the meaning of the heart essence of the evil mantra. Karma Bodhisattva, listen! This heart essence of the evil mantra, this wheel of evil mantras that the Tathagatas of the past have not spoken, I will now speak for the sake of you, the Karma Bodhisattva, listen!
