May the great hero quickly liberate those beings who are quickly tormented. In the ritual of the limbs, may the wise supplicate with the power of compassion. May those who revile the teacher, obscure his teachings, and harm many sentient beings, be quickly ruined by the power of wisdom and compassion. Whatever is to be accomplished, whether it is to summon from its natural abode, to cause it to decline after summoning, or to return it to its own place, whatever precedes these? By the supreme power of the vajra that slays, slay many different things. The wise should do whatever is appropriate for each. By that, everything will be accomplished. Whatever secret pieces of flesh, dried skins of corpses, or flesh and blood with warmth, invite the blazing retinue. Think of them as quickly eaten and consumed. Cut off the stream of mental fabrication, and show clearly when to act. The wise should gather their minds into the perfect bodhicitta. As for joining images as supports, pieces of flesh, vegetable leaves, and images as they are, dwelling in roots and trees, or covered with green moss, or whatever is suitable for burning, images drawn on wooden boards, etc., the wise should diligently burn. In the three corners of a triangular hearth, make a vajra arrow and bow, and think of it as adorned with a blazing wrathful deity. Wrap the stake fiercely. Light a fire on a thorny tree, invite the blazing retinue, and with hot butter and salt, poisons from birth and blood, iron powder and aconite samaya substances, and samaya substances mixed with charcoal powder, diligently recite the secret mantra. If you burn any image, name, or bones, the actions will be quickly accomplished. Then the wise should also strive to suppress all the ashes, etc., from the burning, and leave them until the actions are accomplished. At the moment the actions are accomplished, quickly strive for the work of pacification. This is the wheel-turning king of all actions. Those who have doubt as an object are like a rabbit's horn. Its fruit is the same. There is no need to analyze this. Whoever has a mind without doubt is like reviling the king himself. Everything is accomplished. This is the eye and heart of all accomplishment.

Thus I have heard. From the great king of tantras called "The Peak of the Wisdom of All the Blessed Buddhas," Chapter Eighteen, called "An Examination of the Wheel of Action of the Ten Directions of Wrathful Ones," from the Great King of Tantras. Then, at that time, in that assembly, the Blessed One blessed the nature of power and strength, and the glorious Unobstructed Vajrapani arose from within that assembly. Together with his retinue and assembly, he circumambulated the Blessed One many times from the right, and after making offerings with clouds of offerings, he spoke as follows: "O Blessed One, those who are arrogant and boastful of their own power, who completely harm the deeds and liberation of the Buddha, and who also harm many bodies, increasing the seeds of wrong paths; and some who, while abiding in the Buddha's teachings, are constantly disturbed by disbelief and revile the teachers; and the arrogant demons and heretics who cause harm in this way, and the unfavorable friends who cause beings to wander in samsara, their only task is to quickly kill them. Therefore, please explain the great power of the secret mantra." After saying this, he circumambulated the Blessed One hundreds and thousands of times and sat on his own seat. Then, the Blessed One, the master of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, the glorious and powerful Lord of Fearful Wrath, spoke as follows: "Secret Lord, if sentient beings are to be subdued by skillful means, then if they are constantly disturbed here by the great power of mantras, then even the first bodhisattvas and young vidyadharas will develop constant hatred and so on. Therefore, do not kill them with the great power of mantras for now, wait a little." Then, again, Unobstructed Vajrapani said to the Blessed One, "O Blessed One, this has not been fully explained by the Buddhas of the past, nor will it be spoken by the Tathagatas of the future. Why is that? Sentient beings
