From the great tantra of playing with thick blood, All the Tathāgatas transform from peaceful to wrathful, Liberate the retinue of Rudra with impure faith, Strike the dance of cutting off and subduing, this is the second chapter of cutting off. Then to the King of Power, Then the Buddha, protector of the world, Beseech the Lord of Power, supreme bliss, Request the sacred activity, Please explain, supreme teacher. Thus, beseech. I, from the retinue, through the gate of praise, directly generate the deity's body. Because the four bodies are united, the face is all-pervading. Showing the burning body of the four directions and four families, the common former appearance is shown as the ornament of the sky. Perfecting the empowerments of the families, therefore liberating all without exception. Hūṃ! The essence of the eight great wrathful ones, cut and placed inside, mixed with intestines and consumed. Possessing the aspect of loving-kindness and compassion, therefore holding the vajra hook and serpent lasso. Holding a wooden club with small stones, and a small crystal bell. Consuming the mixture of fresh skull blood and entrails. Adorning the ten directions, the sound of Hūṃ resonates, raising and supporting the blazing vajra great blessing. Bracelets and arm ornaments, untamed black snakes, the sound of Hūṃ resonates, the flames of the kalpa burn. At the tip of the finger of sin, the fire of the kalpa burns, dispelling the thick darkness of ignorance and delusion. A symbol of leading beings to the irreversible ground, the lasso of means, the vajra chain. The wings born from vajra jewels, possessing wings adorned with a hundred thousand suns. Through the manifest activities of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful deeds, liberating all to the state of unsurpassed enlightenment. Thus generating, inviting, and dissolving with mantra. From the red moon seat, in the mandala of empowerment, the king of empowerment, Padma Heruka. Five faces and sixteen hands, possessing eight lassos. Together with the radiant lotus mother, offering the pure nectar of samaya substances. Amrita Khāhi. Then, recite the mantra of twenty-four syllables. Then, again, recite the mantra of thirteen syllables. Then, recite the mantra of the karma mamos. The radiant mother, recite the thirteen syllables. Then, liberate through the wrathful mantra. Inviting the assembly: Assembly lord, lord of the assembly, possessor of glory. Requesting the teacher of the assembly to come. Governing the realm of empowerment, may the wrathful assembly come to the gathering. Form, sound, smell, taste, touch, dharma, and so on, offerings of the five desires.
