The blue mane is thick like the clouds of the sky. Phum Phum, yellow churns from the depths of the ocean. Wrinkled forehead, white light swirling. From the mouth comes the splendor of the flame sound Kyu Ru Ru. From the nose comes the splendor of the nasal sound Sha Ra Ra. With arrogance as subjects, he tames the six realms with skillful means. The glorious horse sound is clear and crisp. Clear and crisp, it resounds in all ten directions. The horse sound on the right, with one clear and crisp sound. From the mouth, he also teaches the Dharma of Nirvana. The horse sound on the left, with two clear sounds. He bestows accomplishments upon the yogis. The horse sound in the center, with three clear sounds. He summons the worldly mothers and binds them to the oath. If the worldly mothers do not listen to the oath. Hayagriva, the king, becomes wrathful. He strikes the glorious horse dance. He destroys the mother assembly into dust. In the collection of dust-like words. The playful horse dance, trembles. Trembles upon the upper demons and general obstacles. Trembles upon the lower evil spirits. Trembles upon enemies and harmful obstacles. The assembled mothers perform the work. The mothers also gather, and those who do not gather are bound by the oath. I am the lord of all blood-drinkers. The essence of the five families and five wisdoms. I am the lord of all dakinis. I am the lord and master of a hundred thousand dakinis. I am the lord of all mothers. Surrounded by the retinue of all worldly women. I am the essence of all Buddhas of the three times. Having eaten the Buddhas of the three times, I am satisfied. Now I still want to eat.
