大黑天母啊！ 救度三界众生者， 黑天和黑女， 名为姊妹者， 摧毁敌人的心肝八次者， 祈愿圆满所托之事！ 赞颂品第二十二终。 那么，这些征兆如何显现呢？ 世尊开示说： 黑人门巴和燃火者， 恶咒之主名为拉坚者， 黑狗、熊和黑色牦牛， 黄昏、大水、龙， 以及大海， 自身穿戴良好盔甲者， 善妙城堡， 无所不能者， 杀死任何生物，鱼、蛇、蝎子死亡， 以及泉眼干涸。 梦境和征兆品第二十三终。 又，世尊开示说： 安住誓言者需要这些： 身之誓言是上师， 不骑乘头上有红色尖顶之物， 任何打骂杀害之事皆不可为， 不可混合马肉和食物， 恒常精勤修持本尊。 若是语之誓言： 若折断马鞭则会失毁， 哈日（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）和吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）二者不可分离， 恒常念诵心咒。 若是意之誓言： 不可踩踏马尸的影子， 手持金刚杵， 不可混合能力之水和食物， 哈日（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）和吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）二者不可分离， 恒常念诵心咒。 若是意之誓言： 不可踩踏马尸的影子， 手持金刚杵， 不可混合能力之水和食物， 不可食用中断闭关的食物。 誓言品第二十四终。 如何受持续部呢？ 世尊开示说： 首先如理通达经文之义， 其次恭敬听闻相同之经文， 从具德金刚上师处， 获得此之灌顶和修法许可后， 行持则成就，役使则听命， 如意成办所想之事。 在极为寂静的寺庙处， 应当完全舍弃喧嚣。 若不散乱恒常修持， 则能完全成就所愿。 献上如心般的供养后， 由此修持，由此获得成就。 没有誓言的黑咒士， 未能从深处领悟教言， 抄袭典籍，在词句上模仿， 认为这样就可以成就。 未能从深处获得口诀， 却向他人炫耀，抬高自己， 如此行事，修行不会成就。

Great Black Mother! Who liberates beings from the three realms, Black Heaven and Black Woman, named as siblings, Who destroys the enemy's heart eight times, May you accomplish the tasks entrusted to you! The chapter of praise, the twenty-second, is complete. Then, how do these signs appear? The Blessed One said: Black people, Monpas, and those who ignite fire, The lord of evil mantras, called Lhajin, Black dogs, bears, and black yaks, Dusk, great floods, dragons, And great oceans, Those who wear good armor, Excellent castles, Those who can conquer anything, Whatever is killed, fish, snakes, scorpions die, And springs dry up. The chapter of dreams and signs, the twenty-third, is complete. Again, the Blessed One said: Those who abide by the vows need these: The body vow is the teacher, Do not ride on anything with a red peak on its head. Any beating, scolding, or killing should not be done, Do not mix horse meat and food, Always diligently practice the deity. If it is the vow of speech: If the horse whip is broken, it will be ruined, Hari (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) and Hum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) should not be separated, Always recite the heart mantra. If it is the vow of mind: Do not step on the shadow of a horse corpse, Hold the vajra in your hand, Do not mix the water of power and food, Hari (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) and Hum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) should not be separated, Always recite the heart mantra. If it is the vow of mind: Do not step on the shadow of a horse corpse, Hold the vajra in your hand, Do not mix the water of power and food, Do not eat food that interrupts retreat. The chapter of vows, the twenty-fourth, is complete. How to uphold the tantra? The Blessed One said: First, understand the meaning of the text according to the scriptures, Second, listen respectfully to the same text, From a qualified Vajra Master, After receiving this empowerment and permission to practice, Practicing will lead to accomplishment, and using it will be obedient, Whatever you wish will be accomplished as desired. In an extremely secluded monastery, One should completely abandon distractions. If one practices constantly without distraction, Then one will completely accomplish one's intentions. After offering gifts like the heart, By this practice, one will attain accomplishment. The black mantra practitioner without vows, Without fully understanding the teachings from the depths, Copies scriptures and imitates words, Thinking that this is enough to achieve accomplishment. Without obtaining the instructions from the depths, Boasting to others and exaggerating oneself, Such actions will not lead to successful practice.

嗡（藏文：ཨོྂ，梵文天城体：ओँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）嘛呢叭咪吽（藏文：མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུ~ྂ，梵文天城体：मणि पद्मे हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：maṇi padme hūṃ，汉语字面意思：莲花中的珍宝吽）！不散乱持续念诵将会亲近。经部中断之品，第二十五品完毕。如是喉咙秘密经完毕。

Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ! Without distraction, continuous recitation will bring closeness. The chapter that cuts off the tantra, the twenty-fifth chapter is complete. Thus, the Throat Secret Tantra is complete.
