Mi li. Naga du hūṃ phaṭ. Recite a hundred thousand times to subdue gods and nāgas. Samaya raja dusha ga ra. Tsa du ling shag traṃ phrroṃ haril shar phob. Naga goddess, nāga woman, Yama, dam sri me. Traṃ phrroṃ maha haril shar phob. Recite this and cast spells to accomplish. The signs of accomplishment will naturally appear. The essence of the secret substance is to pour it into a spring where nāgas reside. Plant the sengldem phurba into the spring. Scatter the essence of the spell in the enemy's land. Destroy the land and city with frozen hail. Then, explain how to cause rain to fall. Go to a place where nāgas reside. Make a mandala of the five elements of va. Arrange offerings of nāga medicine and nectar. Mix barley flour and nāga medicine. Fill copper bowls and wooden bowls with pills. A thousand sets for each mountain peak. Recite this mantra and pour it into the spring: oṃ nāga putra ti vajra du na ti. Mili mili svāhā. Cause rain to fall. oṃ nag shuli ni svāhā. By this, recite the mantra a hundred thousand times and pour it into the spring. Pour the pills wherever there is a spring. There is no doubt that rain will fall. If it still doesn't fall, empower the phurba with the sengldem phurba from before. Intensely command the phurba. Nāga rāja, cause rain to fall. Recite this and plant it into the spring.
