།།犹如蜂蜜无法遏制地滴落，词句之义不持而忘却离去。如旃檀木一般的人，如小树般听闻甚少，虽具香气却我慢极大，细根蔓延枝叶茂盛，无有根基却多言语，毒蛇缠绕无法取用，无法随顺接受，是具有后悔之树的旃檀。犹如珍宝一般的人，如宝珠自性清净一般，具足三昧耶誓言戒律清净，成办他利且不损害他人，如是善于领受，如愿成就般具有智慧，如宝珠成办众生之事一般，听闻一续部后善为开示。真实之意第二者，生起次第幻身世俗谛，光明究竟胜义谛。瑜伽续部庄严之，七种庄严显明之钥匙，开启并解脱续部。如是宣说。莲花大自在降伏傲慢要害续中，常之讲述方式，要害降伏品第二。 之后眷属之众，如是猛烈祈请，续部、教言与口诀等，讲述之方式如是，瑜伽自在之大士等，生起圆满次第如何修持？为我等开启秘密之门，为利有情善为宣说。如是请问。薄伽梵如是宣说，具力者，甚佳！瑜伽于生起之时即是圆满，从常边之中善为解脱，福德资粮亦是圆满，亦能获得色身。圆满之时即是生起，从断边之中解脱之后，智慧资粮亦是圆满，获得无垢法身。具力者，对于中等与下等者，为令身体之障碍清净之故，稳固修持生起次第，清净语之积聚者，念诵之数量亦不间断，为舍弃意之散乱之故，善妙修持圆满次第。生起次第有两种，修持寂静与转为忿怒，二种姓氏以教言传承故，修持金刚部与莲花部。薄伽梵吉祥殊胜金刚萨埵，三身任运成就三面者，蓝色白色明亮莲花红色，续部啊！

Like honey dripping uncontrollably, the meaning of words is not retained and forgotten. A person like sandalwood is like a small tree with little learning. Although fragrant, they are extremely arrogant, with thin roots and lush branches and leaves. They speak much without foundation, and cannot be taken because they are entwined with poisonous snakes. They cannot be followed and accepted, and are sandalwood trees with regret. A person like a precious gem is like a jewel with a pure nature, possessing pure samaya vows and discipline, benefiting others and not harming them. They are skilled at receiving, and possess wisdom as desired. Like a jewel accomplishing the affairs of beings, they listen to one tantra and then explain it well. The second meaning of truth is the generation stage, the illusory body, the conventional truth, the clear light, and the ultimate truth. The yogic tantras are adorned with the key to revealing the seven ornaments, which opens and liberates the tantras. Thus it was said. From the Tantra of Subduing the Pride of Padma Wangchen, the second chapter is the section on the essential points of the continuous explanation. Then the assembly of attendants made a fervent request, saying, "The way of explaining the tantras, agamas, and instructions is like this. How do the great yogis and powerful ones practice the generation and completion stages? Please open the secret door for us and explain it well for the benefit of beings." Thus they requested. The Bhagavan replied, "O powerful ones, it is excellent! Yoga is complete from the time of generation. Having been liberated from the extreme of permanence, the accumulation of merit is also complete, and the form body is also obtained. The time of completion is the time of generation. Having been liberated from the extreme of annihilation, the accumulation of wisdom is also complete, and the stainless Dharmakaya is obtained. O powerful ones, for those of middling and lower capacity, in order to purify the obscurations of the body, steadily meditate on the generation stage. To purify the accumulation of speech, do not interrupt the number of recitations. In order to abandon the distraction of mind, meditate well on the excellent completion stage. There are two generation stages: meditating on peacefulness and transforming into wrath. Since the two lineages are transmitted through the agamas, meditate on the Vajra family and the Padma family. Bhagavan Glorious Supreme Vajrasattva, the spontaneously accomplished three bodies with three faces, blue, white, bright lotus red, tantra ah!"
