Nāga Shed Raṃ Raṃ Thuk Khram. Throw to the enemy's land. Chem Chem, let hail fall! Gi Gaṃ, throw at the enemy. When performing the binding, strike during the Thun. When applying to action, recite for one day. One offering to the deity's image. Make that binding mute. One offering to the place where the nāgas reside. Bury in a place where the sky can be seen. Place mustard and hail in the mouth. Connect the bridge of binding with the blood of the Thun. From the empty sky, from the mountain peak. Throw the deity stone and nāga stone as weapons. Hail will destroy the entire region. The Buddha's teachings will surely flourish. Thus it is said. From the Tantra of Padma Wangchen Subduing the Arrogant. Bala Nila Bava Phob Bhyo. Ruru Harila Harila Phob Ya. Place goat hair in it. Seal with cloth smeared with grease, hide in the center of light. This is the binding of the mute, Thun torma, and recitation. Then, perform the practice during the Thun. Sprinkle white mustard inside the dog's head. Combine the mantras of recitation and practice.
