Padma Garwang manifested in the world as a miraculous form, in accordance with worldly dharma, traversing the world with miraculous footsteps. At the resting place of Rakshasas, he went to the continent of Rakshasas. For the sake of attachment to the mire of afflictions, clinging to the fortress of hatred, and indulging in the ocean of desire. Outside the continent of Rakshasas, surrounded by a sea of blood, the glorious blood-drinking, blazing assembly transformed various Rakshasa blood nectars into their mouths, swallowing and enjoying them. Surrounded by the mire of impurities, they transformed feces into various nectars and played with them in their mouths. Where the essence of bile and shinbones, etc., congealed, they transformed Bodhicitta into various nectars and enjoyed them in their mouths. Where the juice of pus and serum flowed, they transformed urine into various nectars and enjoyed them. Worms and extremely large worms, and all such as iron bees, and the flesh and bones of those slaughtered were spread out, they transformed flesh and blood into various nectars and enjoyed them. Slaying within the terrifying, blazing assembly, and arising within the blazing assembly, to the assembly of Rakshasa women, the assembly of thief women and violent women, etc., he performed union through the means of non-attachment, giving rise to sons with holy bodies, adorned with the heads of many sentient beings, and manifesting many forms such as pig heads and tiger heads. In that place, the city of skeletons, within the stacked skulls, the Rakshasa woman, the Wrathful自在母, in a skull bowl ripened by samsara, filled with the wine ripened by afflictions, enjoyed and dwelt. At that time, the King of Terror, Glorious Kilaya, manifested as a Rakshasa, exclaiming, "Emaho! My Lord has arrived!" He descended from the high seat and offered the sea of skull bowls to the mouth of the master, and Kilaya enjoyed it. He offered it in succession and enjoyed it in succession. Then, the next morning, looking with doubt, he saw that his own lord was more beautiful and radiant than before, exclaiming, "Emaho! My Lord has become more glorious than before!" Kilaya spoke three times in the Rakshasa language, and then he became convinced. He acted through the means of non-attachment.

Thus, they engaged in intercourse, failing to escape from the ocean of desire inherent in the nature of a Rakshasi. Then, glorious Hayagriva, observing the signs of the Rakshasa's emergence, thought to create a great Vajra Garuda lamp. He proceeded with the swift gait of a horse and the posture of a Vajra Rakshasi, contemplating a state of joy, and sang the wrathful Vajra song. At that time, glorious Kilaya, through the extraordinary effusion of Bodhicitta, transformed into a collection of the letter In the Rakshasi's womb, a clear, swirling lunar mandala appeared. He blessed her son as Vajra Rakshasa, possessing a terrifying, blazing form, and placed him in the Rakshasi's womb. Thereafter, glorious Kilaya himself proceeded to the ground of the great assembly of the letter wheel, becoming imperceptible in the expanse of Dharmadhatu. Then, the Rakshasa returned to his own abode, but the enjoyments of his abode were no longer visible, and most of his retinue had scattered. He was surrounded by previously unseen beings with the heads of pigs and tigers, feeling extremely displeased and giving rise to great conceptual thoughts. "Emaho! What has become of my abode?" The Rakshasi greeted him, saying, "Emaho! Charming hero, why do you speak such words? I will fulfill your intentions from now on. The discomfort in my womb is because it bears the mark of your lineage, O hero. What is wrong?" The Rakshasa, by his nature, saw the form of the Rakshasi, and lust arose due to her radiance and splendor. He thought, "Will there surely be one to inherit my lineage?" And so, he entered into the union of joyful desire. Then, as desire subsided, Kilaya showed the manner in which the Rakshasa Rudra was born from the Rakshasi. Rudra uttered three cries, which transformed into a glorious, terrifying sound, causing the Rakshasa and Rakshasi to faint. When they awoke from their faint and looked, they saw the terrifying Vajrakilaya, with nine heads and eighteen arms, whose Vajra wings covered the sky. He had become the emanation of the father deity, and to show the emanation of the mother, the Rakshasi transformed into Krodheshvari, and her name was invoked as Vajra Rakshasi. Then, the Rakshasa also observed his own mind.
