Or use one skull, grind many hearts and blood, on the skull with bad omens, the essence must be written. Visualize as the body of the wisdom deity, protect the places and recite the heart mantra, recite only for beauty. In order for the arrogant to act, from the difference between male and female mantras, by changing "na" to "ya", what is to be accomplished is accomplished. For women, change "na" to "ya" to become male. The female demon arises from the male, and so does the male demon. This method of transforming the life-heart into male, recite the general mantra fifteen times for the male, and recite many times for the offerings to be thrown. Accurately nail with the best peg, and also entrust the task of protecting the Dharma. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ)! Subdue the venomous arrogant god, arrogant and fierce, with hair, baring fangs and gnashing teeth, wearing wet raw skin on the body, hair tied in a topknot, the right hand strikes the enemy's heart with a mudra, the left hand holds the demon's ledger, fiercely gnashing teeth, like the blade of a razor, fangs like an iron razor, the razor scrapes shashasha on the heart. For those who do not cherish the Dharma, whatever decline, scrape on the heart. Hūṃ!
