Thus it is said. The central round wheel has eight spokes, its end possesses eight lotuses. The outer layer has doors with lintels, it is the mandala of secret empowerment. The western moon has a single door, the outer layer is surrounded by circles. Its outer layer is surrounded by lintels. The outer layer is a square with doors. On it are arranged the deities of empowerment, it is the mandala of the method of empowerment. The center is a flat square, surrounded by a circle, with a corridor and doors.
