如是赞颂道： 吽 (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！ 噶尔旺（舞自在）天中之天，至尊莲花嘿汝嘎！ 大力赞颂之自在，亦大吉祥！ 三界无与伦比，胜者乃我之威力！ 秘密自在显现之自在，亦大吉祥！ 舞者幻化，舞蹈之顶髻庄严。 摧毁魔军，秘密自在之威力。 无余摄集，作为自身之庄严。 敬礼赞颂自在之神！ 唉玛吙！ 无二心中隐藏，光辉莲花者。 以菩提心灌顶，光辉盛大明亮。 诸佛赞叹之光辉莲花者。 圆满喜悦，赞颂大秘密本身。 来自《骏马嬉戏续》，第八品，自在者自赞品完毕。 诃利 (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：诃利)！ 以自在，自在之事业迅速之威力。 智慧迅速，般若技巧之彼岸。 以技巧之波涛，刹那间镇压三地。 以闪耀之音声悦耳，催动秘密之誓言。 以威严之怒容广大，摄集眷属。 以六步之迅速步伐，将六续引导为方便。 以嬉戏之骏马奔腾，将四魔摧为灰烬。 善于救度世间，以不悦之方便引导。 吽 (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！ 二种姓之身，发出吽 (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)之声。 三界无与伦比，胜者乃我之心。 伟大威猛无与伦比，胜者乃我之威力。 嗔恨如火燃烧之忿怒尊，具吽 (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)之声。 燃烧之天中之天，敬礼！ 如是赞颂。 来自《骏马嬉戏续》，第九品，赞颂品完毕。 其后，自在之王，舞蹈之自在者。 业之莲花萨埵如是祈请道： 唉玛，秘密主，自在之王！ 为了我等之利益。 祈请宣说神圣坛城。 如是祈请。 自在之王 谕示道：业之萨埵，谛听！ 当宣说神圣坛城。 此乃庄严之坛城。 置于头顶为坛城。 莲花九瓣与外围， 角隅方正，门与走廊。 中央为金刚自在之王。 东方为光明照耀者，南方为珍宝生。 西方为无边，北方为不空成就。 八大菩萨与八大明妃。 普贤父母与六化身。 四门连同四位明妃。

The power of the自在, praised as great, is also great and auspicious! The three realms are unparalleled, the Victorious One is my power! The自在 of revealing the secret自在 is also great and auspicious! The dancer's illusion-like dance is the ornament of the crown of dance. Destroying the demon army is the power of the secret自在. Completely gathering everything, making it an ornament of oneself. I prostrate and praise the deity of自在! Emaho! Hidden in the non-dual heart, the radiant lotus one. Empowered by the Bodhicitta, the great radiance is clear. The radiant lotus one praised by all the Buddhas. Fulfilling joy, I praise the great secret itself. From the Tantra of the Play of the Supreme Horse, the eighth chapter, the praise of the自在 by himself is complete.
