获得不死寿命之成就， 如不老孩童年方八岁。 摄伏母神空行之眷属， 任何众生若曾尝此味， 皆能阻断三恶趣之苦，证得菩提。 修行之人更不必多说。 光蕴甘露与酥油， 水银石精岩精髓， 混合蜂蜜制成丸， 拇指大小每丸，六个月中， 食用则寿命等同日月长久。 若与食物混合，则需六年之功。 光蕴园林中，生长近树之， 糖块混合蜂蜜食用， 能除寒气之病，消除眼疾， 白发消失皱纹除，明点增盛。 光蕴园林精华权杖草， 近树甜木麝香蜜， 或与纯净牛奶相混合， 食用则具力量与光彩， 免受毒物与蛇之怖畏。 令所有白肤之人心生欢喜， 白发皱纹皆消失。 光蕴甘露与酥油， 近树糖块与牛奶相混合， 若能食用一个月， 则夜叉罗刹亦无法加害。 若食三月等同梵天寿， 男子力胜群雄具象雄力， 所有女子皆倾心于你。 光蕴园林精华拉门近树之， 糖块甘露酥油和， 余甘子、枸杞、羊眼果， 青蛇头与蜂蜜相混合， 食用一月眼光明亮， 明点增盛返老还童。 光蕴拉门近树之， 糖块权杖草白面糖， 三种肉精与三种气精， 加入牛奶中食用一月， 则身躯丰满如牛犊般健壮。 能消除隐疾妇科病及汗毛， 清肠排毒身轻步履轻盈。 食用一日具足十种功德， 食用十日功德增长广大， 食用二十一日无人能敌， 食用一月能摄伏夜叉， 食用二月能摄伏天神之权， 食用三月能漏尽烦恼， 食用四月身如金刚坚固， 食用五月获得持明果位。 近树之根捣成粉末， 用布挤压取汁饮用， 则能于虚空中飞行， 成为千位空行勇士之首。 石精钟乳石之水中， 加入木精余甘子金黄色者百枚， 浸泡半月之久后， 再用冰片蜂蜜浸泡七日。 取出后于一月中埋于灰中， 伴随光蕴每日食用， 每日一颗能活百岁。
