The essence of male essence, radiant with light, when applied, becomes white bodhicitta. It subdues male demons and gathers male power. The essence of female essence, radiant with light, when applied, becomes red blood. It subdues female demons and gathers female power. The essence of food, radiant with light, when applied, becomes excrement. It eliminates leprosy and gathers food power. The essence of water, radiant with light, when applied, becomes urine. It protects against epidemics and dispels defilement. The essence of meat, radiant with light, when applied, becomes great meat. It eliminates edema, madness, and brings radiance and happiness. The essence of power, radiant with light, when applied, becomes eight guguls. It frightens the eight classes and burns them. When applying the essence of spices, there are: Gentian, long pepper, cardamom, and Sichuan pepper, which eliminate eye problems and increase happiness.
