The essence of demons is wisdom, therefore it is called nectar. The essence of demons is generosity, therefore it is called nectar. The essence of demons is prajna, the essence of demons is patience. The essence of demons is meditation, the essence of demons is diligence, the essence of demons is discipline, the essence of demons is strength, the essence of demons is wisdom, therefore it is called nectar. The essence of demons is faith, the essence of demons is bodhicitta, the essence of demons is immeasurable, the essence of demons is gathering, the essence of demons is activity, the essence of demons is virtue, the essence of demons is mandala. Such and so forth, immeasurable and supreme, all and everything is called nectar, as I and mine have declared, as others and theirs have declared, all past and future, thus have all the sons of the Buddhas declared. Thus it was spoken. From the Tantra of the Precious Nectar, Secret Wheel of Wisdom, the third chapter, which teaches the definitive words. Then, was the meaning of this very meaning shown? Was it spoken? Thus it was spoken. Then Vajra Dharma again requested thus: Emaho, wondrous and marvelous Dharma! Emaho, wondrous and marvelous Path! Emaho, wondrous and marvelous Power! Thus he requested. The Bhagavan said: Listen, listen, Vajra Dharma! Wonder arises at the Dharma not seen. It is not born from another, but is the sequence of ground and path, likewise, on the ultimate fruit, the fruit of arising wonder is the Buddha of certainty and rectitude. The sequence is as follows: To the teachers who have generated bodhicitta in all hearing and contemplation, make offerings. On the ground that is smooth like oil, perform the ritual of the ground well. In a place where the ground ritual is without enemies, prepare and so forth according to the Dharma. A collection of grains without much or little, Measure and place with the scales of vows. Outside the threshold of the place, on the soft ground or ashes, also make a mandala in the form of a cross. Giving offerings and sacrifices there is taught as the path of accumulation. The mind of bodhicitta and the immeasurable, place as the path of union. Not one and not many, in each and every one Buddhahood. The root of vows is a hundred thousand
