名为《甘露珍宝智慧秘密轮续》。 印度语：Amrita Ratna Guhya Jnana Chakra Tantra。 藏语：名为《甘露珍宝智慧秘密轮续》。 顶礼吉祥普贤！ 如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵吉祥圆满正等觉佛，具有圆满受用身、一切种智的普贤王如来，恒常安住于清净法界之宫殿中。 其处所，乃是广大法界中具精华之甘露法界，即虚空珍宝所成之宫殿。 其广大无边，呈四方形，具四门，有马厩与阶梯，以网和半网等，八柱和十六梁交错，以各种形象、各种形状、各种装饰等庄严。 不离于彼之眷属，药神之王如来吉祥无碍，是药神之诸王。 又有如来药师琉璃光王。 又上方有药神女名声自在，下方有药神女增益母，东方有药神女妙音母，南方有树神女光明持母，西方有香神女伊给宁玻母，北方有药神女成就慧母等药、草、香、树、森林等诸神，以及彼等之主宰。 如是，本初之神有如来吉祥毗卢遮那佛、金刚萨埵、宝生佛、不空成就佛等之母与眷属。 复有高丽等之眷属。 复有狮面等之眷属。 复有四门之主母自在母。 复有天、仙人、龙、婆罗门、人、人类之优婆塞，以及梵天近侍等众多眷属围绕，一时安住。 其后，供养天女们以薄伽

The Tantra called "The Ambrosia Jewel Secret Wisdom Wheel." In Indian language: Amrita Ratna Guhya Jnana Chakra Tantra. In Tibetan language: The Tantra called "The Ambrosia Jewel Secret Wisdom Wheel." Homage to glorious Samantabhadra! Thus have I heard at one time. The Bhagavan, the glorious, perfectly complete Buddha, the Enjoyment Body, Samantabhadra, endowed with the wisdom of all aspects, constantly dwells in the palace of the completely pure realm of reality. That place is the Ambrosia Realm, rich in essence, within the vast realm of reality, which is a palace made of precious space. It is boundless in extent and measure, square with four doors, possessing stables and stairways, adorned with nets and half-nets, eight pillars and sixteen beams intertwined, with various forms, various shapes, and various ornaments. The retinue inseparable from him includes the Tathagata, the King of Medicine Gods, the glorious Unobstructed One, the king of all medicine gods. Also present is the Tathagata Medicine Guru Vaiduryaprabha Raja.
