Boiled barley flour and food, and, The torma made of yellow cow's milk is prosperous. Ram's barley flour and red barley, and, The torma made of red cow's milk has power. Meat and blood, and poison, and, The black sesame torma is extremely fierce. All, completely without remainder, is, The naturally accomplished torma. On silver or white wood, Make a peaceful, round peg. Gold or brass, yellow wood, Make an increasing, square peg. On copper or red wood, Make a subjugating, crescent-shaped peg. On iron or black wood, Make a fierce, triangular peg. A round head and a square waist, A crescent and a triangle are naturally accomplished. One with a conch shell and a short axe, and, One with small branches and one with a cow's yoke, A single lotus and a single stalk, One that touches fire and one with a wild animal, Do separately for the four activities, If all are pure and complete, it is naturally accomplished. On silver-white tiger wood, Make a peaceful ladle and a pouring ladle, Gold and brass, yellow wood increase, On copper or red sandalwood, Make a subjugating fire offering ladle. The iron or human leg ladle is, Said to be truly fierce. Having the shape of the four activities, It is a naturally accomplished ladle. If you want to pacify, it is a round face, And is extremely compatible with a gentle mind. The increasing wrathful face is square, Meditate with a joyful mind. The subjugating horse-faced crescent face, Make offerings with an attached mind. The fierce wrathful face is triangular, Meditate with an angry mind. The face that is complete in every way is three wrathful faces, The horse head itself is naturally accomplished. The fire of pacification is from a monk or, From a pure Brahmin. Increase is from a changing king and, Is taken from a wealthy person. Subjugation is from a lowly Prostitute woman and, Is taken from a virtuous traveler. Fierce is from a widowed man and woman and, The fire taken from a butcher. Whatever becomes complete in every way, That is a naturally accomplished fire. The white eye cloud is pacification, From the wrinkled forehead of the horse face, Looking at the tip of the nose in the Buddha's posture, Or the emptiness of the space of the sky. The yellow eye cloud of increase, The horse head's fluff is yellow. Looking at the ground in the human posture, Or looking directly at the mountain. The red eye cloud of subjugation, The horse head's beard is long and old, Looking at the sky in the woman's posture, Or looking sideways

于忿怒尊观视。 忿怒之眼珠深蓝色， 马头安住于绿色中。 忿怒而回视嗔恨之眼， 或于恶毒转变目光。 任运成就之观视方式， 观视马面灿烂之眼。 以慈爱之心对待寂静者， 对待亲友眷属。 以增益之心对待喜乐者， 对待亲友眷属。 以欢喜之心对待贪恋者， 对待亲友眷属。 以忿怒之心对待舍弃者， 对待亲友眷属。 慈爱之心乃是儿子， 悲悯之心乃是父母。 欢喜乃是自己的妻子， 舍弃乃是菩提。 于痛苦者生起慈爱， 于贫困者生起悲悯， 于亲友眷属生起欢喜， 于顽劣者生起舍弃。 一切具足则任运成就。 冬、春、夏、秋， 四种事业与任运成就。 地之风与水之风， 火之风与风之风， 四种事业各自运行， 安住于任运成就之中。 白、黄、红、黑之花朵， 烟雾、法轮、珍宝、莲花， 宝剑、十字杵燃烧， 四种事业成就与任运成就。 早晨、下午，上下二者， 下午、下午，上下二者， 黄昏、夜晚、黎明起， 四种事业任运成就。 愚痴、我慢、贪欲， 嗔恨，一切烦恼， 与四种事业及任运成就， 本来自性清净。 平息怨敌等， 增益权势与财富， 调伏国土男女， 摧毁怨敌，安住吉祥。 一切圆满任运成就后， 宣说发起事业之意。 功德转为过失， 如镜子背面颠倒。 东方身体巍峨，月牙形， 风之坛城四方形。 南方瞻洲，犁铧之形， 三角形之火平等施予一切。 西方牛王，圆形之水， 外为铁围山环绕之海洋。 北方四方形，声音不悦耳， 土地坛城极广大。 中央须弥山王， 一切珍宝任运成就。 寂静之时观视西方， 增益之时观视北方， 怀爱之业观视东方， 忿怒 时观视。

With an enriching heart towards the joyful, Acting towards relatives and friends. With a joyful heart towards the attached, Acting towards relatives and friends. With a wrathful heart towards the indifferent, Acting towards relatives and friends. The loving heart is like a son, The compassionate heart is like parents. Joy is like one's own wife, Indifference is for enlightenment. Generating love for those who suffer, Generating compassion for the impoverished, Generating joy for relatives and friends, Generating indifference for the unruly. When all is complete, it is spontaneously accomplished. Winter, spring, summer, and autumn, The four activities and spontaneous accomplishment. The wind of earth and the wind of water, The wind of fire and the wind of wind, The four activities each operate separately, Dwelling in spontaneous accomplishment. White, yellow, red, and black flowers, Smoke, Dharma wheel, jewel, lotus, Sword, crossed vajra burning, The accomplishment of the four activities and spontaneous accomplishment. Morning, afternoon, the upper two, Afternoon, afternoon, the lower two, Dusk, night, and dawn rising, Accomplishing the four activities spontaneously. Ignorance, pride, desire, Hatred, all afflictions, With the four activities and spontaneous accomplishment, From the beginning, abiding without action. Pacifying enemies and obstacles, etc., Increasing power and wealth, Subduing the land, male and female, Destroying enemies and obstacles, abiding in auspiciousness. After all is complete and spontaneously accomplished, The intention to initiate activities is spoken. Merit turns into fault, Like a mirror turned backwards. In the east, the body is majestic, crescent-shaped, The square mandala of wind is erected. In the south, Jambudvipa, shaped like a plowshare, The triangular fire equally bestows upon all. In the west, the bull, round water, The outer ocean surrounded by an iron fence. In the north, square, the sound is unpleasant, The earth mandala is extremely vast. In the center, Mount Meru, All jewels are spontaneously accomplished. When pacifying, look to the west, When increasing, look to the north, For the activity of subjugation, look to the east, When wrathful, look at.
