不执著意义而遗忘离去， 如同旃檀木一般的人， 像小树一样听闻甚少， 却因具香气而傲慢自大， 根细枝繁叶茂， 无根却多言， 毒蛇缠绕无法取用， 无法随顺接受， 是具有后悔之心的旃檀。 如同珍宝一般的人， 如宝珠自性清净一般， 誓言戒律清净， 利他而不损害他人， 同样善于领受， 如意而生具足智慧， 如宝珠成办众生之事一般， 听闻一续而善加开示。 真谛的两种观点是： 生起次第幻身是世俗谛， 光明是胜义谛。 瑜伽续部庄严的， 七宝明晰的钥匙是， 开启和解脱续部。 如是宣说。 莲花大自在降伏傲慢要诀续中，关于续部解说方式的要诀之第二品。 之后，眷属的众会， 如此恳切祈请： “续部、教言和口诀等， 解说的方式既然如此， 瑜伽大自在者们， 生起次第和圆满次第如何修持？ 请为我等开启秘密之门， 为了众生的利益而善说。” 如是请问。 薄伽梵开示道： “对于上等根器的瑜伽士， 从生起次第即是圆满次第， 从常边的束缚中解脱， 福德资粮也得以圆满， 也能获得色身。 从圆满次第即是生起次第， 从断边的束缚中解脱后， 智慧资粮也得以圆满， 获得无垢法身。 对于中等和下等根器者， 为了清净身体的障碍， 稳固修持生起次第， 清净语的积聚是， 念诵的数量也不间断。 为了断除意的散乱， 修持殊胜的圆满次第。 生起次第有两种， 修持寂静和转为忿怒。 两种传承皆由教言所传， 修持金刚部和莲花部。 薄伽梵至尊金刚萨埵， 三身任运成就三面相， 蓝色白色明亮莲花红， 断除六续六智

Forgetting and leaving without grasping the meaning, Like a person who is like sandalwood, Like a small tree, hearing little, Yet arrogant because of its fragrance, With thin roots, spreading branches and leaves, Speaking much without roots, Unable to take because of the poisonous snake entwined, Unable to follow and accept, It is sandalwood with a regretful heart. Like a person who is like a precious jewel, Like a jewel whose nature is pure, With pure vows and discipline, Benefiting others without harming them, Likewise, skilled in receiving, With wisdom that arises as desired, Like a jewel accomplishing the deeds of beings, Hearing one tantra and explaining it well. The two views of the truth are: The generation stage illusory body is the conventional truth, Luminosity is the ultimate truth. The adornment of the beautiful yoga tantras, The key to clarifying the seven jewels is, Opening and liberating the tantras. Thus it was said. From the Tantra of the Key to Subduing the Pride of the Great Powerful Lotus, the Second Chapter on the Key to the Methods of Explaining the Tantras. For those of intermediate and lower faculties, In order to purify the obscurations of the body, Steadfastly meditate on the generation stage, The purification of the accumulation of speech is, The number of recitations is also uninterrupted. In order to abandon the distractions of the mind, Meditate on the excellent completion stage. There are two generation stages, Meditating on peacefulness and transforming into wrath.
