Alala Ho, make it understandable. The supreme powerful teacher, knowing the prayer, entered into an inexpressible Samadhi, and remained silent. Then the assembled retinue, turned to the great Lion of Speech, bowed and prostrated, and made various wonderful offerings. They prayed: O Lion of Speech, we beseech you, please grant us the opportunity. The Lion of Speech, the Lord of Secrets, said: Listen, assembled retinue. Ask me, and be brave. The assembled retinue also said: O Lion of Speech, Lord of Secrets, you are the father of all the Buddhas, the noble lord of Bodhisattvas, and the treasury of all Dharmas. O Bhagavan, the supreme secret one, what are the causes and conditions for not revealing the paths of secret mantras?
