ན་པོ་བཟོད་དཀའ་ཞིང་། །སྡིག་པའི་ལས་དབང་དྲག་པོ་མེ་འབར་བས། །རྣམ་ཤེས་དབང་པོའི་མྱུ་གུ་གདུངས་གྱུར་ཏེ། །ཕུང་པོ་སྒྱུ་མའི་ལུས་ཀྱིས་མི་བཟོད་ན། །བྱམས་མགོན་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཅན་གྱིས་བཟོད་ལགས་སམ། །བདག་ཅག་དོན་སླད་ལུས་འདི་བཞེས་སུ་གསོལ། །གཟི་བྱིན་རྒྱལ་པོའི་མངའ་བདག་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །བདག་འདྲ་བླུན་རྨོངས་ལས་ངན་སྡིག་པོ་ཆེ། །ལས་ཀྱི་དབང་གིས་འདོད་པའི་ཁམས་འདིར་སྐྱེས། །སྐྱེས་པས་འགྱོད་དོ་ལས་ལ་ཡི་རེ་ཆད། །ཡི་ཆད་འགྱོད་ཀྱང་ལས་དབང་བཅོས་སུ་མེད། །ལས་ཀྱི་ཤུགས་ནི་ཆུ་བོའི་ཀླུང་དང་འདྲ། །ལས་དབང་ཆུ་ཀླུང་འཕྲལ་དུ་ག་ལ་བཟློག །རྣམ་སྨིན་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་གི་ལས་ལས་བྱུང་། །འདི་ལྟར་ལས་ཀྱི་རླུང་དམར་འདིས་བཏབ་པས། །བསྐལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་བར་དུ་བདག་ཅག་རྣམས། །འཁོར་བའི་བཙོན་ར་མུན་པར་འཁྱམས་ལགས་ན། །ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས། །ལས་དང་ཉོན་མོངས་སྒྲིབ་པ་ཀུན་བྱང་ནས། །མ་ལྟར་བྱམས་པའི་ཞབས་དྲུང་ད་ལྟ་འཁོད། །སྐྱོབ་པ་དཔའ་བོ་ཆེན་པོས་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །ཉི་ལྟར་འོད་འབར་ཟླ་ལྟར་མདངས་གསལ་བའི། །ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ཞལ་ཉིད་བལྟ་བར་འཚལ་ ལགས་ན། །ཐོག་མ་མེད་ནས་མ་རིག་ལིང་ཏོག་གིས། །མདོངས་པའི་ཆུ་བུར་མིག་གིས་མ་མཐོང་ན། །འགྲོ་བའི་མགོན་སྐྱབས་དེ་སྔ་ག་ལ་བཞུགས། །ལས་དབང་དྲག་པོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྐྱི་གཡའ་བས། །ཤིན་ཏུ་སྐྲག་ཅིང་སྐྱི་གཡའ་རབ་འཇིགས་ནས། །དུང་དུང་གདུང་བའི་སྨྲེ་སྔགས་འདི་བཏོན་ཅིང་། །ཉམ་ཐག་ཕོངས་པའི་འོ་དོད་འབོད་ལགས་ན། །བྱམས་མགོན་ཐུགས་རྗེས་དུས་འདིར་མ་གཟིགས་ན། །ནམ་ཞིག་འཆི་འཕོ་ལུས་སེམས་འབྲལ་བའི་ཚེ། །དགེ་བཤེས་གྲོགས་དང་བྲལ་ཏེ་གཤིན་རྗེས་ཁྲིད། །དེ་ཚེ་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཉེ་དུས་མི་སྟོངས་ཏེ། །ལས་ཀྱི་དབང་གིས་བདག་ཉིད་གཅིག་པུར་འཁྲིད། །དུས་དེར་བདག་ལ་མགོན་སྐྱབས་མ་མཆིས་ན། །གང་གིས་ཕྱི་བཤོལ་དུས་ལས་མ་གཡེལ་བར། །ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་བཏུད་དེ་མངོན་སྤྱོད་མཛོད། །ལས་ཀྱིས་མནར་བའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་བདག་འདྲ་བ། །ཁམས་གསུམ་འཁོར་བའི་གནས་ནས་མ་ཐར་ཏེ། །བསྐལ་པ་དཔག་མེད་སྐྱེ་བ་ཇི་སྙེད་དུ། །རྡོས་བཅས་ལུས་བླངས་གྲངས་མེད་ཞིག་གྱུར་ཏེ། །ཤ་རུས་བསགས་ན་འཇིག་རྟེན་གཏོས་དང་མཉམ། །རྣག་ཁྲག་བསགས་ན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཙམ། །ལས་འཕྲོ་བསགས་ན་བསམ་འདས་བརྗོད་མི་ལང་། །ཁམས་གསུམ་བགྲང་ཞིང་སྐྱེ་ཤིའི་ཁ་བརྒྱུད་ཀྱང་། །བྱས་པའི་ལས་ལ་དོན་མེད་ཆུད་རེ་ཟོས། །སྐྱེ་བ་གྲངས་མེད་ཇི་སྙེད་དེ་ཙམ་ལས། །སྐྱེ་བ་ཚེ་གཅིག་ཁོ་ན་ཙམ་གྱི་ལས། །བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་དོན་དུ་རབ་སྤྱད་ན། །དེ་ཙམ་བྱས་པའི་ལས་ལ་དོན་ཡོད་ན། །ལས་ཀྱི་དབང་བཙན་ཉོན་མོངས་སྟོབས་ཆེ་བས། །ཤ་རུས་དྲ་བའི་ལུས་བླངས་འཁོར་བར་འཁྱམས། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་བཟོད་དཀའ་འཁོར་བའི་བཙོན་རར་ཚུད། །མི་བཟད་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དྲག་པོ་འདི་ལྟ་བུ། །ཉེས་བྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་གི་ལས་ལས་བྱུང་། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོས་ལས་དབང་རྒྱུན་བཅད་དེ། །ཉོན་མོངས་ལས་ཀྱི་རླུང་འདི་བཟློག་ཏུ་གསོལ། །མ་རིག་ལོག་པའི་ལས་ཀྱི་དབང་བཙན་ཏེ། །མི་ཤེས་མུན་པའི་ནང་དུ་གཏན་འཁྱམས་ན། །ཡེ་ཤེས་སྒྲོན་མེའི་ཟེར་གྱིས་མི་སྟོངས་སམ། །ཉེས་བྱས་ལས་ཀྱི་འབྲས་བུ་མི་བཟོད་ན། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་མི་མཛད་དམ། །དུག་གསུམ་བཟོད་དཀའི་ནད་ཀྱིས་གདུངས་ ལགས་ན། །ཐབས་མཁས་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་སྨན་གྱིས་མི་གསོ་འམ། །ཕྱིན་ཅི་ལོག་གི་གཡང་སར་ལྟུང་ལགས་ན། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་མྱུར་མགྱོགས་ཕྱག་གིས་མི་འཛིན་ནམ། །ལས་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྣམ་སྨིན་མེར་འབར་ན། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་བསིལ་བའི་ཆུ་རྒྱུན་མི་འབེབས་སམ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་འཁོར་བའི་འདམ་དུ་བྱིངས་གྱུར་ན། །ཐབས་མཁས་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ལྕགས་ཀྱུས་མི་འདྲེན་ནམ། །ཁམས་གསུམ་འཁོར་བའི་གནས་སུ་སྦྱངས་སྦྱངས་ནས། །ནམ་ཞིག་རང་རིག་འབྲས་བུ་ཐོབ་པའི་ཚེ། །འཕགས་པའི་ཐུགས་རྗེས་ཅི་འཚལ་དོན་མ་མཆིས། །བདག་ཅག་ལས་འཕྲོའི་དབང་བཙན་བཞག་ལགས་ན། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ་ཞེས་སུ་ལ་ཅི་ཞིག་བགྱི། །དཔའ་བོ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་སྟོབས་མངའ་ན། །ཡལ་ཡོལ་བཏང་སྙོམས་ལེ་ལོ་མ་མཛད་པར། །སྙིང་ནས་ད་གཟིགས་ཐུགས་རྗེ་རྒྱལ་བའི་ལྷ། །དཔའ་བོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཁྱོད་ལ་བཟོད་པར་གསོལ། །མི་བསྒྲིབ་ཚངས་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། །ཨ་ལ་ལ་ཧོ། ཞེས་གསོལ་བ་བཏབ་པས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་པདྨའི་སྙིང་པོར་གནས་པ་དེས། ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་དུས་བཞིའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པས་སངས་རྒྱས་སྲས་སུ་བསྐྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར། འཇིག་རྟེན་དྲུག་གི་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར། ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཞེས་ལན་དྲུག་གསུངས་པས། རིགས་གཉིས་ལུང་གིས་བརྒྱུད་པའི་ཕྱིར། །ཕྱི་ནང་སྣོད་བཅུད་ལུང་ལས་གྱུར་པ་ཡིན། །ཡེ་ཤེས་རྣམ་གཉིས་དོན་གྱི་རྒྱུད། །སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་རྣམ་གཉིས་ཐབས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུད། །ཕྲིན་ལས་རྣམ་གཉིས་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་རྒྱུད། །དྲུག་ལས་བདུན་བྱུང་ཧཱུཾ་གི་རང་བཞིན་ལས། །ཆོ་ག་གསུམ་ལྡན་འཕྲོ་འདུ་གསལ་བ་ཡིས། །འོད་ཟེར་བདུན་གྱིས་རྒྱུད་བསྐུལ་སྡིག་སྦྱངས་ཏེ། །དུར་ཁྲོད་བདག་པོ་གསང་བ་ཉིད

难以忍受的痛苦啊！ 罪恶的业力如火般炽烈。 意识的幼苗饱受煎熬。 虚幻的身体难以承受。 慈悲的怙主啊，您能忍受吗？ 为了我们的利益，请您接受这身体。 光辉灿烂的君王啊，请您垂听。 像我一样愚昧无知、业障深重的罪人。 因业力的牵引，生于此欲界。 既已出生，深感懊悔，对业力彻底失望。 即使失望懊悔，业力也无法改变。 业力的力量犹如奔腾的江河。 业力的洪流怎能立即阻挡？ 一切果报皆由自身业力所生。 如此，业力的红色飓风吹袭。 无数劫以来，我们。 在轮回的黑暗监狱中徘徊。 愿您以大慈悲的加持。 净化业力与烦恼的一切障碍。 如慈母般，此刻安住于您的莲足前。 救护者大勇士啊，请您垂听。 如太阳般光芒四射，如月亮般皎洁明亮。 渴望瞻仰您慈悲的容颜。 从无始以来，因无明的障翳。 如白内障般，双眼无法看见。 众生的救护者，过去又在何处安住？ 业力是如此强烈，令人恐惧。 如此恐惧战栗，极度害怕。 发出悲痛的哀嚎。 呼唤着无助贫困的求救声。 慈悲的怙主啊，若此时您不垂顾。 何时才能在死亡来临，身心分离之时？ 与善知识益友分离，被阎罗狱卒带走。 那时，世间亲友都无法相助。 因业力的牵引，独自一人被带走。 那时，我若没有救护者。 谁能延缓死期，不被时间所迷惑？ 现在就请您垂顾，并给予加持。 像我一样被业力折磨的众生。 未能从三界轮回中解脱。 在无数劫的无数次生命中。 取过无数有形的身体，最终都已坏灭。 若将积聚的血肉骨骸堆积起来，与世界的大小相等。 若将积聚的脓血汇集起来，与大海一样广阔。 若将积聚的业债累积起来，无法思量，难以言说。 即使在三界中流转，经历无数次的生死。 所作所为皆无意义，白白浪费生命。 无数次的生命中。

The unbearable pain! The powerful karma of sin burns like fire. The sprout of consciousness is tormented. The illusory body of aggregates cannot endure. Compassionate Protector, can you bear it? For our sake, please accept this body. Glorious King, please listen. Like me, an ignorant and foolish, sinful and wicked person. Due to the power of karma, born in this desire realm. Having been born, I regret it, and I am utterly disappointed in karma. Even if I am disappointed and regretful, karma cannot be changed. The force of karma is like a rushing river. How can the karmic flood be stopped immediately? All results come from one's own karma. Thus, the red wind of karma has struck. For countless eons, we. Have wandered in the dark prison of samsara. May your great compassion bless us. Purify all the obscurations of karma and afflictions. Like a loving mother, now abide at your feet. Savior, great hero, please listen. Shining like the sun, bright like the moon. I long to behold your compassionate face. From beginningless time, due to the cataract of ignorance. Like cataracts, the eyes cannot see. Where did the protector of beings reside in the past? The power of karma is so strong, it is terrifying. So frightened and trembling, extremely afraid. Uttering a cry of sorrow and pain. Calling out for help in helplessness and poverty. Compassionate Protector, if you do not look upon us at this time. When will you look upon us at the time of death, when body and mind separate? Separated from virtuous friends, taken away by the messengers of Yama. At that time, worldly relatives will not be able to help. Due to the power of karma, one is taken away alone. At that time, if I have no protector. Who can delay death, not be deceived by time? Please look upon us now and bestow your blessings. Beings like me, tormented by karma. Not liberated from the realms of the three realms of samsara. In countless eons and countless lifetimes. Having taken countless forms with substance, all have perished. If the accumulated flesh and bones were piled up, they would be equal to the size of the world. If the accumulated pus and blood were gathered, they would be as vast as the great ocean. If the accumulated karmic debts were accumulated, they would be beyond thought and beyond words. Even wandering in the three realms, experiencing countless births and deaths. All actions are meaningless, wasting life in vain. In countless lifetimes.

仅仅一次的业，若为无上菩提精进修，仅此所作业亦有意义。业力强盛烦恼力大故，取血肉骨骼之身漂泊于轮回，难忍痛苦堕轮回牢狱中。如此难忍剧烈之痛苦，一切罪业皆由自业生。大悲恳请断绝业力之流，恳请遣退烦恼业力之风。无明邪见业力极强盛，若于无知黑暗中永漂泊，智慧明灯之光岂不灭？罪业之果若不能忍受，大悲之事业岂不作？ 若为三毒难忍之病所苦，岂不用方便悲心之药医？若堕颠倒之悬崖，岂不用大悲迅速之手扶？业力痛苦异熟如火燃，岂不降下大悲清凉之水流？若沉溺于痛苦轮回之泥潭，岂不用方便悲心之铁钩牵引？于三界轮回之处勤修习，何时得证自性智慧之果时，圣者之悲心亦无所用。我等若受业力之强权支配，说大悲又有何用？勇士您若具大悲之力，莫作漠视放任之懒惰，从心底里垂视悲心之怙主，伟大勇士恳请您宽恕，恳请赐予无碍梵天之成就。阿啦啦霍！如是祈请后，住于莲花心髓之薄伽梵金刚萨埵，为令十方四时一切诸佛圆满成就，化生为佛子故，于六道十方，诵念吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）六次，为令二种姓氏以法传承故，外内情器皆由法所化。二种智慧为意义之传承，二种化身为方便之传承，二种事业为悲心之传承，由六生七吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）之自性中，具足三种仪轨，明晰照射与收摄，以七道光芒策励相续，清净罪障，乃尸林主之秘密。

Merely a single action, if diligently practiced for the sake of unsurpassed enlightenment, even that action becomes meaningful. Because the power of karma is strong and the power of afflictions is great, one takes a body of flesh and bones and wanders in samsara, enduring unbearable suffering and falling into the prison of samsara. Such unbearable and intense suffering, all misdeeds arise from one's own karma. Great compassion, please cut off the stream of karmic power, please turn back the wind of afflictive karma. The power of ignorance and wrong views is so strong, if one wanders eternally in the darkness of unknowing, will not the rays of the lamp of wisdom be extinguished? If the fruits of misdeeds are unbearable, will not the activity of great compassion be performed? If one is afflicted by the unbearable disease of the three poisons, will not the medicine of skillful means and compassion cure it? If one falls into the precipice of perversion, will not the swift hand of compassion catch one? If the suffering of karma, the ripening, blazes like fire, will not the cool stream of compassion descend? If one is submerged in the swamp of suffering samsara, will not the iron hook of skillful means and compassion pull one out? Having practiced in the realms of the three realms of samsara, when will one attain the fruit of self-awareness? At that time, the compassion of the noble ones will be of no use. If we are placed under the power of karma, what is the use of saying "great compassion" to whom? If you, the hero, possess the power of compassion, do not be indifferent, negligent, or lazy, but look upon the lord of compassion from the bottom of your heart. Great hero, I beg you for forgiveness, please grant the unobstructed accomplishment of Brahma. Alala Ho! After praying thus, the Bhagavan Vajrasattva, residing in the heart essence of the lotus, in order to fully accomplish all the Buddhas of the ten directions and four times, and to generate them as sons of the Buddhas, in the ten directions of the six realms, recited Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） six times. In order for the two lineages to be transmitted through the Dharma, the outer and inner worlds and beings are all transformed by the Dharma. The two wisdoms are the lineage of meaning, the two manifestations are the lineage of means, the two activities are the lineage of compassion, from six comes seven, from the nature of Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）, endowed with three rituals, the clear projection and gathering, with seven rays of light stimulating the continuum, purifying obscurations, is the secret of the lord of the charnel ground.
