Make offerings with meat, blood, and substances. Perform the offering cake, substances, and recitation three times. Similarly, perform the invocation and various activities. Perform the reporting, invitation, seating, offering, prostration, and worship, as well as prayers and entrusting of activities. Recite mantras, throw offering cakes, and apply them to fierce activities. Perform visualization, projection, pressing, and throwing, burn and complete various activities. Thus it was said. From the Tantra of the Play of the Supreme Horse, the chapter on the practice of the Eight Wolves, the seventy-first chapter is complete. Then, again, the King of Power spoke of the practice of thirty-two blind people back-to-back. In a secluded and assembled great place, perform the great practice there, practice the group of blind people. Place a triangle and a crescent moon in the center, and finally surround it with a round skull. At its end, there are four lotus crescent moons, and at its very end, there are thirty-two lotus crescent moons. In the center are the main deity and the crescent moon consort. In each lotus crescent moon, there is one blind person. Place the offering cakes in the general skull, fill it with meat and blood from the cemetery, and also with Ḍākinīs. Perform the various activities of practice for this. Perform the invocation and throwing, and complete the various activities.
