It is said to be the internal practice of the subduing deity. Like raw iron that has not been hammered by a blacksmith, it possesses the radiance of primordial bodhicitta. Like a rock that splits open naturally without being blown by the wind, it possesses the radiance of a primordial, great weapon. It cannot be suppressed or obstructed by other elements, and it can destroy all obstacles on its own. To practice this, in a cemetery or similar place, create a square mandala that is one cubit long. In the center, pile up a triangle with the letter "ཨེ" (E). Set up four wheels and seven playful oceans. In the center of the golden mountain is Yamāntaka (ཡ མཱནྟ་ཀ་, Sanskrit: Yamāntaka, Romanized Sanskrit: Yamāntaka, Enemy of Death). Above, place the great powerful deity and his consort. On the four wheels, place four divine ministers. Blood, oil, ghee, alcohol, honey, milk, and the water of the great ocean are the seven playful oceans. Place five pegs for the five great deities.
