La! Always offer the Torma to Vishnu. Set up the stake and perform the killing action. Divide the interval into five deities. If done in this way, the best, medium, and worst will cause the iron tongue of the sky and the thunderstone to turn the hail into blood. The work of this, at any time, is to consecrate the blood, gugul, and iron-copper powder, and hide them in the deity's statue or spring of any place. That place will be carried away by the wind. Also, recite mantras on those substances, make a small mountain, and throw it on the enemy's roof. The house will collapse. Also, after reciting those things, hide them in the spring facing north, and no matter how you draw from it, yellow water will come out. After reciting mantras on the demon stone and the broken cane, when Vishnu is moving, hide them in the rock facing north, and a strong hail will fall. After reciting mantras on various grains, dragon bones, and crocodile claws, hide them underneath and scatter them in all directions, and a strong hail will fall. Kaka Nase, etc., after reciting mantras on the teeth of a black dog, if you scatter them towards the enemy, it will turn into a swelling disease. Like that, all actions will be accomplished. Reversing hail and reversing yellow water are also the same. If you recite mantras on white mustard seeds and scatter them, it will be reversed. If you also recite mantras on the sand of Mango Yati Lamagati and scatter them, the hail will be reversed. From the Tantra of Black Secret of Yama, the chapter on secretly practicing the fierce mantra of the stars, which causes fierce hail to fall, is the forty-second chapter. Then, again, the Bhagavan Great Terrifier, Yamantaka, for the purpose of causing hail to fall in the world, spoke this method of outwardly practicing the Great Lord of Gods. A large rock facing south resembles a leaping lion, or it resembles a red leaf of Aya. In cemeteries and other solitary places, the yogi is accustomed to being equipped with materials. Offerings are made to the noble ones, and Tormas are offered. On a clean, square cloth that is an arrow's length wide, draw lines with vermilion or realgar, making it nine cubits in size. In the center, wash with camphor water. On silk or cotton or a soft white cloth, draw the image of the Great Lord of Gods, and place it on a clean wooden frame. Cover it from above with a red silk umbrella, and hang four green banners on its four sides.
