If you want to bring down hail, practice the mantra's key points for one day. Recite the mantra: Om Mekakha Thunkha Thun. Ram Yam Ram Yam. Na Buda Tana Na Khale Ra Thun Ra Thundu. Show an angry posture, and from eye aversion, mouth expulsion, and eye cloud, visualize blood clouds congealing and entwining in red. Scatter objects and shake the body, and severe hail will come. Everywhere in the sky and on earth, on mountains and rocks, the demon Bari Shaya eats people. From the "Manjushri Yamantaka Moon Secret Black Tantra," the fortieth chapter is the Fierce Mantra of All-Pervading Planets for Bringing Down Ice and Hail. Then, again, the Bhagavan Great Vajrabhairava said that in order to bring down severe hail, one should practice the inner practice of Rahu. In cemeteries and other secluded places, create a mandala of connected triangles. Inside the connected triangles, place a skull with a pointed knife underneath. Fill it with various kinds of blood, such as uterine blood, poison, and the three colors of red, green, and white. Cover it from above with a skull from a lineage extinction, and place it inside the triangle. Regarding the methods of practice, after practicing the deity three thousand times, during the four, fifteen, and eight o'clock periods, recite the essence mantra of the great planet.
