With this is the half-lotus posture. Well and properly seated in front of it, the right leg is placed straight, this is the fourth hero's posture. On the seat, both legs are stretched straight down, placed evenly and firmly, this is the fifth, the good posture. With the legs separated by a span, sitting on the seat, squatting with a space in between, this is the twenty-sixth squatting posture. The right leg is the bodhisattva's half-lotus posture, stable and the left leg with grace, this is the seventh playful posture. These have been shown in the center and the four directions. The first shows the mudra of the family, the second is the goddess, the third is of the bodhisattvas, the fourth is of the vajra wrathful ones, the fifth is the outer bodhisattva, the sixth is the servants and messengers, the seventh is those who purify the world. These show the mudras separately. Then there is the circumambulation of the outside, there are seven kinds of steps. First, in the center, the toes and heels together, close to each other, placed well directly in front of oneself, I say it is the harmonious step. Then going to the east, straighten the thigh and knee of the right leg, the shin of the left leg close to the thigh, leaving a gap of five fingers high, this is the right stretch. The south is the left stretch, the opposite of that. Standing straight, the soles of the feet separated by five fingers, these are also applied to the southwest. The west is round, both knees, both hands placed in their respective positions, like the wings of a water bird, applied to the west and northwest. The north is the Sakya step, the fingers pointing outwards, the kneecap of the knee stretched straight, the area of the soles of the feet is twenty-six fingers. The sole of the left foot rests against the thigh of the left leg, only one foot, located in the northeast. The toes of the left foot are pressed down by the right hand, like the turtle's step, starting from the southeast. Combined with this is the dance of the hands. The first has five, which is the way to protect the vajra dance step, three times each above and below. The dance of raising the vajra, the hands making the gesture of grabbing a corpse and eating it, looking around, the vajra zombie dance step. The vajra step or like a pestle, like pounding obstacles, is the pestle step. The left fist is shown at the heart, the right hand waving the vajra banner, placed on the shoulder, is the banner step
