Then, the Bhagavan, the lord of the three secrets, entered into the samadhi called "All Dharmas are Pervaded by Compassion." Then again, the mother Samantabhadrī urged with this song: Emaho! From the wisdom supreme body like the sun, perform the miraculous vajra dance of manifestation, from the majestic supreme body of blazing vajra, please show the supreme body of compassionate play! Hūṃ (藏文：ཧོ༷༷) is urged. Then, the Bhagavan, the lord of the three secrets, from the unborn Dharmakaya, the Sambhogakaya, adorned with marks and signs, manifested as the lord of all mandalas of the Nirmanakaya, and again urged the mother Samantabhadrī with this song: Emaho! I am the self-born, the lineage of lineages, the chief of lineages. I am the maker of all mandalas, the essence of all Buddhas. Thus he spoke. Then, the mother Samantabhadrī urged with this song: Emaho! Supreme bliss with bliss, bodhicitta is greatly expanded, the sound of urging the mind-stream dissolves into the realm, the bindu of bodhicitta is clear. Ho! Thus urged, the father urged: Emaho! Of all the Buddhas, the collection of secret letter mudras, expanded, urges the speech self-continuum, contracted, the meaning of the Dharma mudra. Thus urged. The mother urged: Emaho! The heart of the heart of all Sugatas, the essence of the meaning difficult to realize, urges the mind-stream of the Sugatas, liberates the knowing place of all beings, is shown as the heart mudra.

From the སྐུལ་ནས།, from the sky without father and mother, emanated the mandala of the Victorious Ocean with the retinue of the Sugatas. That is, the abode of all Sugatas, the spontaneously accomplished palace, complete with the accumulation of the cause of merit and the fruit of wisdom, pervading all with great compassion, universally vast without beginning or end, without interruption, with emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, and unconditionedness, possessing the four gates of wisdom, with the pillars of the eight liberations, free from one and many and without elaboration, hence a circular mandala. Because the wheel of Dharma revolves for all beings, the palace of all abides in the wheel of wisdom, the accumulation of qualities increases without remainder, and possessing the waves of great compassion. From the mandala of wisdom, various rays of light radiate. Not departing from the great wisdom of equality, hence the Tala tree, satisfying the wishes of sentient beings as desired, hence adorned with the wish-fulfilling tree. For the sake of subduing all, surrounded by the great gods. Because it is indestructible and immutable, there is a vajra fence, and surrounded by a fence of burning mountains of fire that burn afflictions. In such a mandala of five wisdoms and inconceivable qualities of body, speech, and mind, the abode of all the gods, the naturally luminous sun and moon cushions and the uncontaminated lotus cushion. Emanated in the form of ང་་ Bon. In particular, as a symbol of subduing the four maras with the four fearlessnesses, a lion throne in the center. As a symbol of possessing the ten powers and subduing the ten non-virtues, an elephant throne in the east. As a symbol of subduing beings with the four miraculous feet, a horse throne in the south. As a symbol of victory by perfecting the ten powers, a peacock throne in the west. As a symbol of subduing beings with the four activities, a Shangshang bird throne in the north, etc., were emanated and established. There, the five Sugata families and the retinue of Bodhisattvas were emanated, for the sake of the selflessness of all dharmas and the purification of the mind of enlightenment. The Tathagata family is white in color, and because its reality cannot be changed, it is a vajra.
