In the east, a palace of fire. In the west, a palace of blood. In the north, a palace of breath. In the center, the great Yama. A seat of crossed Yama and buffalo. From Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，seed syllable, hūṃ) transforms into the form of an executioner, like the color of frost, black and shimmering. Adorned with tiger skin, elephant, a string of black snakes, and cemetery ornaments such as skulls. Meditate on six faces and twelve arms, complete with mudras. To the right and left are consorts, and in front is the supreme son. Meditate clearly on the ornaments, attire, and hand implements. On top of the eight-spoked wheel, contemplate Nṛ (ནྲྀ་，nṛ，seed syllable, increase). From Nṛ (ནྲྀ་，nṛ，seed syllable, increase), contemplate a seat of crossed enemies and obstacles. Above that, ten Ya (ཡ，ya，seed syllable, holding the earth) radiate light. From the radiating and converging light of Ya (ཡ，ya，seed syllable, holding the earth) arise ten demons. The burning demon above, the great Yama, riding a turquoise dragon, holding a lightning lasso, is meditated upon. The demon of the east, the playful one with matted hair, riding a nanny goat, holding a sword, is generated. The demon of the south, the flesh-eating lord, the soul-devouring one with fangs, riding a demon corpse, holding a lasso, is generated. The demon of the west, the foolish moon demon with a lasso, riding a yak calf, holding an iron stake and lasso, is generated. The soul-devouring demon of the north, with a golden axe, riding a great garuda, holding an axe, is generated. The flesh-eating lord of the southeast, the heavenly Tsen Thogpoje, riding a horse, causing the fall of heavenly iron thunderbolts, is generated. The flesh-eating lord of the southwest, the intermediate Tsen, lord of the mountain, riding a wind corpse, fanning a black wind, is generated. The flesh-eating lord of the northwest, the lion-faced flying king, riding a pig as a horse, holding a flesh-eating demon wood, is generated. The flesh-eating lord of the northeast, the black zombie king, riding a water buffalo, holding an axe, is generated. The black father Yama, the blood-drinker of the lower direction, riding a red horse, holding a red snake, is generated. Each one has countless retinues. Inviting them along with their retinues from their respective natural abodes, contemplate them as arriving at the place of practice. At the four doors are the four sun gods and the four ging gods, who listen to commands and are generated by the summoning Ja (ཛ，ja，seed syllable, summoning). Those demons generated in this way, those who destroy the teachings and harm the body, bind with lassos, some inflict with flesh-eating demons, some inflict with weapons, some inflict with poison. They vomit black pus and blood, their eyes roll, and they cry out in pain. Meditate on them making sounds of "How painful!" and being killed. Generate this clearly through samadhi, and recite the fierce mantra.
